too long a break fucks you up more than one big weekend.

my lack of tolerance htese days and pills and mushies and beer and red wine and buckets destroyed me this weekend.

oh and why was the surf so shit. it sucked. it should bhe rad when m scat!
i was ha;lf way home from the cpast and had to pull off at the ormeau exit for an 1 hr nap i was so tied coz i hadnt slept. 1 hrp kip and io just m,ade it home.
