The Photography Thread

it shouldn't make any difference what size the thing is. if you can get that close to a ring (for example) you can get that close to a ladybird.

unfortunately i can't find anything the size of your penis to demonstrate with.
 
i've done it hundreds of times, but as your attitude stinks i can't be arsed raking through thousands of photos to help you out any more. ;)

Did you try zooming in whilst using the macro.?

Sometimes it's easy to forget when you're rushing to get a good shot.

that works great on SLRs, but it doesn't seem to work on point n shoots. (i tried.)
 
Yeah defo had it on macro. :)

Zooming in on it made it an unrecognisable blur.

Right VERY novice to photography but my Dad has gave me a Konica Minolta Dynax7D and I thought I would share some pics. I have no idea regarding the settings etc but have just got the full book/users guide and also some dummies guide to photography etc. So thought I would put some of my pics up and ask for some feedback, they are from a recent trip to the Island of Arran with a few mates not many taken as was very drunk mostof the time ;-)

Not the best of pics but there was a sub with heli landing on it on the ferry over. Possibly UK trident nuclear sub as Faslane Naval base aint far but unsure if the have be decommissioned yet.

A really nice auld man took ages talking to me about the Island then he simply "enjoy you life son, I am and walked away" which was crazy, this photo summed it up for me.

I'll admit it took courage to keep scrolling downwards when the first thing i saw atop the page was a "close up of my ring" from felix. 8o
