Christiane F. By far the best account of a junkie life I've ever read, the movie is great too.
 
Tweak: Growing up on methamphetamines by Nic Sheff

A fictional one I loved was exit here.... was intense.

And of course I love the crank series... crank, glass and fallout.

I have so many other favorites as well. I love reading books based off of drugs lol.

Thats my favorite drug memoir. Ive read it 50+ times, and I can relate to Nic so much its scary. Have you read his dads book Beautiful Boy?

It's my favorite drug memoir as well even though I've never had a methamphetamine problem before, but it was so beautifully written. I actually felt for Nic and it did leave an impression on me after I read it. And yes I did also read his dad's book... it was a different view and I thought it was well-written but I hated how he couldn't see his own problems and how he even blamed his divorce on Nic. What about his role in his marriage?

I read tweak multiple times and I have to buy it again... lost ot with all my other property.

Did you read his other book we all fall down: living with addiction...I still prefer tweak but enjoyed this book as well.
 
^I read another drug inspired book by the name of candy... was a good read... fictional.

Smack is one that Ive always heard about. I have to have all these books ordered overseas and they always take up to a month to arrive :|
 
Off the top of my head (although im sure i've read many more drug inspired books):
- Marching Powder
- Scar Tissue
- Mr Nice
- Dying to Survive is the one i related to most

I Read a Million Little Pieces but it turned out James Frey was full of shit about his "memoir"
