good luck getting - *and staying* - on something more practical. crash diets(or tapers/coldturkey, whatever), for obvious reasons, have way higher failure rates; once that chance is factored in, many times they're inferior to "normal" approaches of tried/true reductions schedules.Cracked 2 days ago and got a foot-long sub (~850 calories). Hunger pains got too bad and couldn't sleep because of them, then I started always uncontrollably falling asleep just before dinner (around the 23 hour mark with no food) since I think my body just had no more energy. Even if I was at the computer I would just fall asleep sitting there.
Still on a 'diet' but a couple of pieces of toast extra per day than before.
Only 1.5 hours and can eat again, going to get more spicy pork and sashimi, best meal ever and low calorie.
aww Busty my bl nemesis, bless him!![]()
Want to cook me some eggs? "no homo," just love some good eggs.
I just had a footlong meatball sub at Subway. Monterey-chedder bread, pepper-jack cheese, splash of oregano.
also, hopefully you're utilizing fiber+water as a hunger aid. if not, grab some psyllium husk (powder is far cheaper, but both are still very cheap). you'll be dumbfounded at how big of a tool it will be for you.
kangaroo steaks for dinner, but i haven't chosen how i'm going to prepare it. anyone got any ideas?
last time i had roo it was cooked in a Hāngi during NAIDOC week...it was real tasty!
