The last thing you ate or drank v.3

Cracked 2 days ago and got a foot-long sub (~850 calories). Hunger pains got too bad and couldn't sleep because of them, then I started always uncontrollably falling asleep just before dinner (around the 23 hour mark with no food) since I think my body just had no more energy. Even if I was at the computer I would just fall asleep sitting there.

Still on a 'diet' but a couple of pieces of toast extra per day than before.

Only 1.5 hours and can eat again, going to get more spicy pork and sashimi, best meal ever and low calorie.
good luck getting - *and staying* - on something more practical. crash diets(or tapers/coldturkey, whatever), for obvious reasons, have way higher failure rates; once that chance is factored in, many times they're inferior to "normal" approaches of tried/true reductions schedules.

also, hopefully you're utilizing fiber+water as a hunger aid. if not, grab some psyllium husk (powder is far cheaper, but both are still very cheap). you'll be dumbfounded at how big of a tool it will be for you. to me it's a better tool for hunger(making weight for wrestling lol), than caffeine is for energy - and i'm a total caffeine freak lol.

aww Busty my bl nemesis, bless him! :)

he not so big of a prick in real life, he's a good man:D;) and child of the beat is a sweet lady herself:)
i'll have to look into this "lorraine" quiche you speak of.

i ate left over apple pie for a midnight snack. i've been asleep since around 6pm and now awake.

a little pasta/salad leftover from yesterday, cavendish banana, 3 pieces of beautiful watermelon for breakfast. and now a big glass of tomato juice. with a cigarette. nomnomnoms!

Want to cook me some eggs? "no homo," just love some good eggs.

I just had a footlong meatball sub at Subway. Monterey-chedder bread, pepper-jack cheese, splash of oregano.

i cook for anyone who's around me. i made different styles for each of 3 ppl the other day.
/people think i'm being nice. i'm just tryin to be the one who cooks cuz my food's better.

Far out that's a great idea! I never really thought about that but it makes sense as fiber just goes straight through you, no calories but filling.... will definitely try this out, thanks for the heads up. Where do you buy psyllium husk? Health food stores? Pharmacies?

it's available *everywhere* due to its usage for regularity by older folks :)

and honestly when i sold dietary products i found customers overwhelmingly preferred fiber to any other pill/powder appetite suppressant (excluding ma huang/ephedra(ine) products - but those have a host of other effects that aren't desirable for everyone, nor can they be used as heavily as fiber).

i was furious when i saw a company think of something i should have - they released "full bars", which were just high fiber bars marketed for this purpose. they worked great, and although you could never convince their users that just raw fiber was cheaper/easier to dose/etc, the results were still great.

and don't forget that it's not just an appetite surpressant - that's a secondary benefit tbh. fiber intake needs to be increased in most people for a plethora of general health reasons, so you're doing something healthy anyways *and* being able to lose weight at the same time (which is healthy, too) - full of win :)

NOTE: increases to dietary fiber should not be extremely rapid for comfort reasons. the body doesn't digest fiber (neither soluble nor insoluble fibers), so it will increase size of stool. rapid increases in fiber consumption can lead to temporary constipation, so if you wanna start taking 10g of supplemental fiber daily, build it up a couple days before hitting your intended intake.

just had a glass of staminade with inositol and now sipping on a chamomile tea and eating an ham and salad sandwich after a bowl of weet-bix for brekky.

no, don't have a key of coke which i'm cutting it with for exorbitant resale prices.

kangaroo steaks for dinner, but i haven't chosen how i'm going to prepare it. anyone got any ideas?

lol the ONLY people that bought inositol were the lesser-than-savy entrepreneurs (i know i sold it for several years straight, we sold a pound for over $100 and kept it in our locked, under counter cabinet. i had a start/end shift inventory rule for the store, no joke). Most ppl just used creatine monohydrate which was 1/4-1/3 price/pound.
/for clarity's sake, insoitol is a b vitamin. cheap when pill form, exorbitantly overpriced as a powder.

wheat bagel with hotsauce/ranch/jalepenos. don't ask.
1/3l coca cola
3 or 4l water
3/4 pizza
3 piece pork
3/4l milk

this is all since like 2-3hrs ago; and +6eggs/3slice cheese/ 1/2l milk in next 20min
lol
