a big ass piece of steak with mushrooms and onions and garlic cooked through with a garden salad thrown together on the side. then i just finished up a bowl of ice-cream, berries and custard.

now sucking on a fag, drinking tropical V8 juice.

^lol at sucking on a fag (sorry, couldn't help it :) )

Had two scrambled eggs this morning, learned to scramble eggs like a week ago. Before that (last night) I had a peanut butter and honey sandwich, and before that I had some home cooked enchilada's for dinner that were to die for.

^how on earth can you grow up w/o learning how to scramble eggs??

coffee, caffeine pills, and acetaminophen. Woke with a headache that is seriously threatening turn into a migraine, which hasn't happened to me in years...FML.

pbj sandwich (1000calories, good spread of macros), and 50g protein shake to wash it down. yum. now sipping on some ice tea.

Valid question. I grew up in a house where my mom either did all the cooking or bought microwavable dinners, depending on her life factors. Cooking was never really taught to me, I'm sure it was attempted but I had no attention span as a kid. I'm going to attempt to take on cooking now in an effort to eat healthier. Being able to, like, use a skillet and shit should go a long way towards presenting more options than what I can simply throw in the microwave or oven without any other work.

I hate migraines. I get one about once a year, unbelievably painful. I keep a stash of opiates with someone nearby (so that I can't access them otherwise and fall back into old habits) just in case, as 30mgs of oxycodone seems to be the only thing that can treat them. Fuck, my stomach turns just thinking about migraines. Ouch.

i grew up in similarly. if you weren't taught, you gotta learn (it's really very simple)

on a related note i ate(am eating) the best egg salad i've ever had, this stuff could be a dessert

picked some wild oyster mushrooms for the first time with my bf. went home, positive ID'd them, and he cooked them up with pesto and garlic and pasta. My god I have felt amazing ever since! So delicious! Now I'm like totally inspired to try more gourmet mushrooms.

chicken parmy, garden salad with cheese, alfredo pasta, potato salad...mostly homegrown veges, potato, lettuce, tomato, mint, spring onion.

glass of water.
