The last thing you ate or drank v.3

I've recently took up the 80-10-10 Raw low-fat vegan lifestyle as an experiment over the summer. Apart from being incredibly restrictive, I love everything about it. I feel so clean and energized all the time. Anyways, I just nommed a dericious green mango smoothie:

1 Mango
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/4 cup Water
1 cup Pineapple
Handful of Spinach leaves

All sliced, diced and blended.
 
that actually sounds pretty good, but i'm a sucker for anything with mango and pineapple in it. and spinach, but not raw.

i just had some cherries (my favorite) with coffee the same way i always make it; teaspoon of colombia arabica, teaspoon of ovaltine and some almond milk. before you call me a fairy let me just say the ovaltine and almond milk are used to counteract the acidity of the coffee. so yeah. ok, it tastes good too, so fuck
 
V8 Vege Juice with a pinch of salt n pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. tasty stuff!
 
rice and vegetables. Yesterday it was rice with parsnnip, fennel, onion, carrot, cabbage, and courgette.

I am not eating anything besides this, (mixed up with whatever veg takes my fancy when I run out of one) for 5 days, as a working cleanse - means I don't have to sit around, or sleep like if I was fasting.

I then have 2 weeks to introduce all the foods I am to eat all over again.
 
Whole wheat pasta with low fat mozzarella, steamed veggies, and homemade pasta sauce :)
 
two 1/4lb bacon cheeseburgers (applewood smoked pig, aged sharp cheddar) comprised of locally sourced ingredients

including the wonderful beer on the side
