rice and vegetables. Yesterday it was rice with parsnnip, fennel, onion, carrot, cabbage, and courgette.
I am not eating anything besides this, (mixed up with whatever veg takes my fancy when I run out of one) for 5 days, as a working cleanse - means I don't have to sit around, or sleep like if I was fasting.
I then have 2 weeks to introduce all the foods I am to eat all over again.
