navel orange
sprouted bread w/ natural peanut butter & honey
green tea

A slow bottle of wine...
Shiraz from South Australia,
A wedge of Double Brie
with some watercrackers.

Before,
a litrehalf of freshly juiced Ruby Grapefruits.

I also drank an entire pineapple today.
It never ceases to amaze me
when you juice fruit
(with a good juicer)
how quickly you can get, say 2L of juice into your body...
I can, say get an ENTIRE pineapple
inside me in like 30 seconds.
Then your body goes into the opposite
of toxic shock syndrome,
its like it can barley deal with diggin' so many
nutrients at once.

As you can tell IL'ove my juicer.

^ I stopped with the oats for a bit because I would always rush the process and get them slimy. I think slowing the cook down help them not do that (nor stick... how the heck do I always get slimy oatmeal that STICKS to the pot?) Once you get a method that works it feels great, mine just needs some major tweaks. Chewy oatmeal is good.

Right now I'm steeping oolong tea & steaming some quinoas.

I really slipped up yesterday and didn't even get 2k kcal in. Bad news bears.

Just now I had about 1,200 calories worth of quinoa, oatmeal, udon noodle, and milk. About to leave to go lifting, hoo-ah. Carbn me up, capn!

Some carnation instant breakfast essentials, trying to recover from last night...uh... water...

For sure... but Iowa is cold as fuck right now and I am not going out yet.
This was an unplanned hangover LOL

Chewy oatmeal is good. I've found oats turn out good if I use about half the time and water it calls for. Also, if you add the oats to the water before the water is boiling, you may end up with stickier oatmeal. So, make sure the water's boiling, unless you like it sticky--I know I don't mind, lol.

I last ate two apples (one pink lady and one... generic lol) and a banana with peanut butter. Mmm. :)
