Sautéed some yellow onion, garlic, green and jalapeno peppers in olive oil with some spices(freshly cracked black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne, cumin and salt)

Then proceeded to eat on multigrain pita.

Small organic greens salad on the side with small amount of red pepper dressing.

Drink - Green tea.

Absolutely delicious :)

Organic dark chocolate.
I've got some 90% in the fridge. I think I'll have a square for dessert.

toasted tempeh
vegenaise
sierra nevada porter mustard
sauerkraut
sliced tomato

sandwich = YUM

next up: this wonderful display of salmon, sweet potata, and spinach that my mommy cooked up. hells yea, sunday dinner are the bestest.
 
huge salad, sauteed tomatos, nut cheese, olive (she gives me one a day), fresh sprouts, olive oil, apple cider vinegar.

before the night is over a big greasy ass bacon egg and cheese sandwhich (gluten free bread, uncured bacon). Yum.
 
*drool* I haven't had pork in weeks. Sounds delicious.

As for me, the usual morning pot of quinoa. about to supplement with other calorie packed goodies :D<3
