Do you cook your oats Mat? I used to really like eating oats uncooked, sometimes mixed with yogurt, but then someone told me that doing this could cause colon polyps so I stopped doing it that way.

i buy quick oats and dump some boiling water in them then put honey on top and chow down. real 'fast food' for me is a bowl of oats and a 40g protein shake (10 ounce milk + 1 scoop protein powder). I usually eat that at least once a day but sometimes 2-3 times a day if Im pressed for time or dont feel like cooking real meal.
 
8-12 oz of linguini with a pesto sauce and sundried tomatoes

and for drink, 3 cups of my own tea blend, Chamomile; Lemon Balm; Lemon Grass; Elderberries; Hibiscus; Orange peel; lemon peel; lavender; passion flower; and spearmint. Its my sleepy time blend, to help me ween off Benzos.
 
4 eggs scrambled with ketchup, a handful of cashews, an MRB, a bowl of plain yogurt, an apple, a banana, and a piece of toast with butter for a cool 1thou kcal

to drink, yerba mate.

this eating more thing is growing on me *wink*

My morning supplement stack
NSFW:
1/2 Dose Multivitamin/Multimineral
2g Fish Oil
1 Tbsp Lecithin Granunles
1,000 IU Vitamin D3 + 45µg Vitamin K2


A glass of frreshly squeezed orange juice (4 oranges)
A handful of walnuts/almonds/apricot kernels

And I'll be cooking 3 eggs and brewing some coffee after I take a shower :D
 
two pieces of 7 grain sprouted bread with hemp butter and organic blueberry preserves. 30 oz of tap water
 
Food - Took all remaining veggies I had in this half empty random "salad" bag, tossed them with dressing and pepper.

Drink - Organic Matcha, about 3 teaspoons (I Like it strong =D)

then looked sharply to my left and saw that 10lb bag of raw walnuts I bought last week <3
 
mega mash up curry

sugar seared wild salmon, snap peas peas, red onion, mushrooms, yellow pepper, carrots, green onion, squash, coconut milk, store bough yellow curry sauce, over rice noodles, win.
