quinoa- need to remember to buy some - protein and high carbs. good tasty shiz.

Last thing I ate was homemade Lentil & spinach curry with butternut squash - turned out pretty fuckin' good actually.
 
Lol, tea is too food! It's edible! Plus, the thread is "the last thing you ate or drank". :P

What you ate sounds good! Homemade, too, FTW. :)

I last had black beans and brown Basmati rice mixed with sautéed spinach and onions.

Omg at least a liter of this a day and no water what so ever.
Stoned, I just can't force myself to eat right regardless of how shitty I feel....
 
toasted sandwich with turkey, salami, lettuce, tomato and little cheese with three freshly peeled and washed raw carrots. now taking lunch to work.

And a deliousc cup of fine, organic, japanese jasmine-infused green tea..mixed with a roasted rooibos tea('red tea', as it's commonly called). Just a dribble of honey and I'm good to go :)

normally I'm a medium-well kind of guy, feelin sorta ragey today tho.
 
Snack time (a few hours before 'dinner') so I'm eating 2 super spicy beef-sticks and a Natural Valley (Oats and Honey) granola bar. I've been eating a lot of sweet 'crap' lately so am forcing myself to eat things I wouldn't get (or don't seem to be) in my day to day intake - meat/protein for example (raised in vegetarian family-eat primarily soy, TVP, tofu, etc) and grains (haven't been too hungry lately... ).

Mmmmm.
