ugh. Not quite healthy living but I'm studying for comprehensive exam for grad school.

today I had 3 bananas, an apple, some pineapple, a couple glasses of orange juice, a bunch of water, about 20 baby carrots, 3 handfuls of almonds, a stalk of celery and 2 pieces of 85% chocolate.

first day eating raw and I feel strange...
 
Vanilla Coke... not exactly healthy, but it's my favourite non-alcoholic drink. :)
 
Tasty PT seasoned chicken breast...
and Sweet tea.
I wish I could let the 2 teaspoons of sugar go, but its summer...

a packet of spicy chicken ramen with a pound of chicken breast cooked in olive oil on the side. aww yeahhh

Woah THAT doesn't sound like enough food!!

I last drank some rooibos tea after supper.
 
I am currently enjoying a cup of chamomile tea with a bag of pistachio nuts and its yummy, for dinner though I am making potato and leek soup followed by a stir fry. so this little snack is just to keep me going.

wow man you need to up the calories unless you a 80 pound 12 year old girl

Yesterday I had:

50g liquid egg white protein + banana + honey + bee pollen

huge plate of brown rice + half pound Beef + olive oil

2 bananas and 2 apples + glass of chocolate milk (organic)

50g liquid egg white protein + glass of org chocolate milk

bowl of brown rice + chicken breast

1/4 pound beef

sweet potatoes + chicken breast + 25g liquid egg white pro + 3 spoons hemp oil

all my lifting progressed up this last week.
 
1/2 wholewheat bread with half a slice of gouda cheese melted in the microwave and grapejuice with 110mg 4-Fluoroamphetamine ;)
 
1 cup oats with 1tbsp honey 1tbsp butter
2 slices whole grain bread with butter
tall glass of skim milk

I has an avocado for later :D
 
All stir-fried together: Russet potato, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, and green pepper. Seasoned with garlic and onion powders since I'm out of the real deal on both counts. :(
