Hey guys, just a few quick questions for ya...

Ive been using between 1 or 2 half gram vials (pure, evaped myself) almost every day for the last 40 odd days. My tollorence is huge, plate diameter lines dont even touch the sides. Obviously need a break!

What kind of damage can i expect to have done? Im stopping all substances (primarily beer weed and ket) for a month in about a week. What sort of withdrawls can i expect to go through?

Im having a small operation in a month, will ket tolerance affect modern day anaesthetics effectiveness?

Lastly, ive been getting chest and heart pain. Possibly attributed to k?

Irreversible bladder problems are commonly caused by Ketamine abuse. Google Ketamine bladder problems.

If your having a General anaesthetic I suggest you inform your treating doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.

Also see if you can check out an awesome K documentary called Drugs Inc. - Ketamine. I think it is episode 8. They interview a guy who can't piss anymore due to K abuse. He still uses.

I think the main thing you should worry about is severe damage to your bladder and urinary tract. With the amounts that you have been using, there is a good chance of serious damage resulting if you continue using heavily. You don't want to be having to piss hundreds of times a day for the rest of your life, or pissing blood.

There was some evidence of brain lesions being caused by heavy use, but this study was only done in rats, so I'm not sure if it holds true for humans.

The other thing I would be weary of is the risk of psychosis or even developing some sort of depersonalisation psychiatric disorder. Regularly using psychedelics or dissociatives can lead to people developing psychosis and/or schizophrenia, particularly if there is a family history of it, or if you are already at risk.

regardless, using around a gram a day is no good for, and if you keep going you run the risk of some serious physical or psychological damage.

Don't know about the chest pain, that might have more to do with smoking or using stimulants. Might be a good idea to stop using drugs and go see a doctor

Definitely mention it. There is a fair chance it will affect the anaesthetic technique or doses they use. Ketamine is still used as a general anaesthetic today (though not too commonly in most developed countries, compared with other GAs like propofol) and is also sometimes used in relatively low doses for analgesia. If they do happen to use it and dose you at standard levels then it would be vastly inadequate for you and only you would suffer.

If you only been binging for 40days straight and so far no kidney / Bladder pain issues I think you should be fine.
I don't think you have done your self any permenent damage yo

When I was a K-addict, I used for about 18months straight, doing about roughly 1gram a day or so of very very pure stuff. Towards the end of the 18moonths binge, everytime I had a line, in 20mins I would have epic epic epic pains shooting from the lowerback both left and right side (kidneys) this pain would then continue to get stronger and stronger and stronger until pretty much most of my Torso area is feeling like Mike Tyson is having his morning workout on it. Easilly a 8 out of 10 pain CONSTANTLY.
There was a lot of denial, I just did not want to beelive it was K that was causing all these damage, cuz I LOVED it too much, wayyy too much. Then the epic K draught came about, THANK BHUDDHA for that, because I don't think I'd be able to stop myself from purchasing more k and do further damge to my organs.

It took about 12months to fully healup I reckon, since then I very very rarely get the kidney pain. Only time that the pain came back was when I do LSD / Magic Mushrooms and and and of course KETAMINE. Since the draught I promised my self to not to have any K even if it was offered to me for free etc, I think i did pretty good. Went 3years without touching it ;D

Most Definitly dude. You should tell the doctor that you have a huge huge tolerance to anaesthetics especiallly K.

Dont know about this one aiye. But chest pains and heart pains are not something to put off to. Def tell you local gp about it. I think possibly it might be triggered by your stim usage ?

after 3yrs not touching K at all. I tried a half point line, thinking this 50mg of pure european k should fuck me good etc, 10mins later I find my self crushing up another half point, snorted that. Waited another 10mins, still did not hole, and the kidney pain that MISSED so much is back, so I decided to give up on having more k because it would just fuck my kidney up more and I would be experiencing a jolly good time curlled up like a bal in my bed enjoying this 8 out of 10 pain !

Anyone IV Ketamine? Might be obtaining some in the near future and have only ever tried it once in the past when I was young and I snorted it. Nowadays I inject all of my drugs if at all possible. Also what sorta doses IV? Looking to hole, can handle my drugs.

Most people report preferring the IM route of administration for K. Watch out for the MXE that is being sold as K as well. Do a test bump first.

^^ fuck, sounds like a need to source some decent K as what I have tried didnt even some close to that and I had 1.5 - 2 points up the shnoz...

and it also sounds completely different to the M-holes Ive had... mxe just fully distorts my sensors and balance (this is me having 2 - 2.5 points in a line which I am fully aware is a very high dose) with a little bit of euphoria and relaxation (this is after I come out of the Mhole which I can barely remember

but yeah, I prefer MXE over ket. just because you know the mxe is of very high purity...

Regarding MXE being passed off as ketamine is so wrong but I guess it can happen, make sure your fully educated with what it looks, tastes like, the effects and duration which play a key part. You can always test it too. Your best bet would be to obtain vials and make it yourself, pretty easy to do and come by, well at least here on the East Coast.

I have IV'd K, but there really is no point. You get no 'rush' from IV'ing.

+ Intramuscular bioavailability is 93% and IV is only 96%

It's simply not worth damaging your veins for a mere 3% BA increase. Plus the onset from IM'ing is still pretty quick.

hehhee me too im not a big fan of needles and have fainted before getting blood tests.all of it is in your minnnnnnnnd :D i think i couuld handle a a blood test.in fact i need a blood test as i got a tattoo (and done some other dumb things) in thailand

I am a big guy and the nurses regularly laugh at me because of it.

I'd say it's best not to muck around if you have any kind of concerns for yours or someone else's health in that kind of situation. Worst case scenario you'd hate to infect someone else without knowing. Go and get some blood done and try not to faint

I used to know bong users with Hep that didn't tell people about it and shared bongs with unknowing friends. That's really not cool.
