Yo if you want to learn jazz learn from Ed Byrne. He's kinda revolutionary in that he goes against the Chord Scale Theory model of teaching jazz where every chord has an assigned mode or scale. He thinks in terms of guide tones and melody rather than trying to arbitrarily assign a mode to every single chord.
So basically the melody and intervals are more important than the chords themselves.
Anywho that Larry Coryell guy plays great and definitely knows his stuff so you can learn some great stuff from him too. Ed Byrne is like the top tier though, he's currently tutoring professors of Berklee and Juliard and stuff like that, just so you know who you're dealing with. Maybe get some prerecs down before trying to tackle his stuff.
EDIT: The more videos of Larry Coryell I watch the more I like him. He's so calm and in control of all these complex movements.
