The First EVER BDD Social Thread!!! Show Me Whachu' Workin' Wit'

Haha yesss, I fucking love it. It makes me cry with laughter - no other show does that! Finally some Americans get Aussie humour ;) With the way the US absolutely maimed Kath&Kim & made their own version..I wanted to cry. It made me cringe:( I think they are editing out the Political parts the Chaser do with the politicians here (they stalk them around and annoy them basically) so you guys don't get confused. There's shitloads of Chaser vids on youtube too.
 
I don't even know what Kath&Kim is, nor do I know what the US version is, but I agree, American TV likes to take foreign TV and totally ruin it.

So don't worry, I understand your Aussie HUMOR ;)
 
Kath & Kim was a big show here, my mama went to Uni with the girls in it actually. Just typical bogan show. (your sort of redneck - but not as crude). US made their own version - it was horrible, so so so wrongggg.

It's pretty much an alien being from outside the solar system. Very mysterious creatures. Not a lot is known about them, but they are believed to be somewhat intelligent, believe it or not. And from what I understand, they were named "Aussies" after the brand of hair care products.

Haha STEVE. Yes yes bogans are interesting creatures. Beer & cigs & flanny shirts $10 from the op-shop, swearing like a trooper. Hell yes.

i leant a hand (i have a great grip;)) to my friend again today working on his car. he paid me in some shards, so i had a mixup of morph and meth=D it's been a while...and hell was it lovely!

i seem to have a compulsion of listening to Alice in Chains when im high.

It's also worth noting that almost without exception, their women are exceptionally comely and alluring, and American men go crazy over their accents.

I still think that I should've gone with my gut a few years back, fled all responsibility, and accepted a friend's offer to move to Melbourne with him (he was from there, here to study).
 
Yeah, I dated a gal from Oz too. Sadly it didn't work out. :( From all the friends and whatnot I've had from there over the years it's built up almost mythic status in my mind. Hopefully I'll get around to vacationing there at some point, assuming they don't hurry up and beat us in the official "Police State" race.
