UNH - Love everything about your wedding! It looks like it was a beautiful experience.
I'm just going to go on talking about myself

Here's our plan:
Day Before
6:00 - Rehersal
7:00 - Rehersal Dinner @ my favorite restaurant Lidia's
Day Of
12:00 - 3:00 - Last minute plans & getting ready with hair & nails
4:00 - Signing of the Ketubah (marriage contract necessitated by Jewish law)
4:15 - 5:00 - Hanging out with the bridal party (we're not sure if together or separate)
5:00 - Ceremony with both a Rabbi and a Pastor under a Chuppah
5:30 - 6:30(ish) - Photos for the bridal party & cocktail hour for the other guests
6:30 - midnight - Reception!!!
Next morning
9:00 - 10:30ish - Breakfast for all family/friends who spent the night at the hotel selected
12:00 - Plane flight to our honeymoon
We expect about 80 people. The only children expected are my niece and cousin's son who are both in the bridal party. Although I don't really know how to tell people 'no kids' so we'll see how many show up.
For the ceremony we're using a string quartet which will keep playing during the cocktail hour. We're using the same club for the ceremony & the wedding so this should make things easier for the guests. At dinner & afterwards we're using one of my good friends as the DJ service. The dinner is going to be buffet style. We were originally going to do sit-down but realized buffets mean people get more of what they want to eat and can pass up the rest. It just makes more sense. Open bar after the ceremony & throughout the night - this was a must by my fiancee (haha).
With all this laid out I don't expect to keep to it 100% obviously, lol. My mom is an accountant so our excel sheets are epic and extremely detailed. I don't know how I'd organize all this without her. She told me something I thought was insightful - expect 3 big things to go wrong while planning and let them go.
