The elder members of bluelight.

I didn't really know everyone back then, just knew a little from posts. So I could be wrong. Definitely not still around, though as I said I think that may have been her who posted that I replied to. I know someone changed their name to that, and I think it was her.

I’ve been posting semi regularly to regularly for the entire time and have essentially spent my entire adulthood as a member of this site. Not bad for someone now staring down the barrel of middle aged, and all the while living in the most isolated big city in the world, Perth Western Australia.

Yea that was her newest BL handle
 
^ 21 years on Bluelight and counting in a few weeks, having joined late in December 1999. The same username the whole time, thankfully even after the great server change more than a decade ago.

I mainly contributed to the Australian threads in the beginning, which is why perhaps some of the elder northern hemisphere peoples don’t recognise/know the username.

Im so glad all these old threads are still here. I can see how cringe I used to be back then. Is there any way mods could somehow help me recover this account? I want my 2011 join date back lmao. Its crazy Ive been posting here, albeit with years long breaks, since I was in middle school. Im 33 now 😭

If anyone still has access to their old email account then DM an admin and we can help you.

If one no longer has access to that email account then it becomes hard to accommodate your request and still maintain member anonymity and security. Anyone could create an account and make that type of request and we would have no way of making sure it was actually "you". Hope you understand.

nahh, it was an email before gmail was a thing and they were all connected... I dont remember it anymore, it was a hotmail address lol
