The EADD a trifle annoyed thread v. I bet that smarts a bit

How does it? It doesn't matter anyway i don't like friendslike that. My ex was emotionally abusive, cutting contact with me every time I did something he didn't like even if it was a difference of opinion he'd go with some other woman n cut ties for days on end until i came to his way of thinking. I'm not putting up with it off friends too.

FWIW, I've never had speed either. Or MDMA, LSD, shrooms, ketamine, coke, heroin, oxy, fentanyl, etc, etc.

Not everyone on Bluelight is as experienced as you may think.
 
I'm not annoyed more frustrated. Ughhhhh everywhere I go there's drama. So IRL I attended a recovery group. It's now splity n they've fallen out. A lady from the original group is now Facebooking me asking me to come to the origan but of course I've been to the new group. I thought the original had finished.
I just dunno what the eck to do as I don't want to be a backstabber. Anyone who knows me whos i hate that. I just want to attend the group, blend in the background n go home ugh.
Why can't people just get on n stop it with the animosity?????
Get drama online n offline n it's real annoying :(

Yawwwwwn. But I feel like I'll be backstabbing the newer group even though this was the original group n I was an original member. O can see now what they'll say. "Evey, we let you come on outings with us now you've decided to gp back to ****.

I really don't want yhe hassle. Think I may give up going altogether only that means I will miss put on the recovery walk in Durham (September) n a walk in Breacon Beacoms in June).

Forget what I said. Make people robots n we can all be drama-free beings.

I am somewhat annoyed at interwebz loading times. Just gets worse and worse. I used to object to 10-30 seconds of video play for a minute's buffering but tonight it reached 1-5 seconds for one minute loading at a bare minimum and mostly didn't work at all. BL pages take anything from a minute to several minutes to apparent infinity to load as do most other interwebz pages. This is getting fukkin ridiculous :\

I can only presume you've never seen or read any robot-based sci-fi ever produced then. We all know robots inevitably go insane and turn on their makers. It's part of the sacred robot-human contract.

That sucks about speeds. Have you done a virus / trojan check? Or maybe you need to change ISP / make space? Sometimes lots of music / films can slow down computers depending on type. Where's Allein when ye need him lol

Are you using wireless and a low spec machine running Linux, I just noted all the double posts and I get the same on Linux using Chromium as well as delayed loading sometimes fixed by hitting the reload button.

If my wild assumption is correct, I'd test it with a good old network cable straight into the router, it may also be worth downloading Hirens Boot CD and Rufus, you can make a USB and boot a mini XP build to see if Linux is causing the issue, my acer netbook is so slow to load threads with embeds in but this I5 HP laptop running Win 7 has not problems but I suspect more than raw processing power being the cause I think Linux wireless drivers can be more than a bit shite.

I'm getting way over 40meg these days but even a modest 'rural' ADSL shouldn't be causing you that much grief
 
I'm using Linux (Xubuntu... 14 (I think)) with an ethernet cable connected to the router. Machine itself is knocking on a bit but my basic usage hasn't changed, it's just the loading speeds (and endless double posting as noted) that seem to be spiralling ever upwards.

If it gets too, too ridiculous I'll no doubt have to try wiping the HD and reinstalling. Again. To be honest, my techy issues are longstanding and somewhat... odd at the best of times so not really expecting any fixes so much as having a general whinge really.

Is bloody annoying all the same :!
