A member of staff, yes. However, first and foremost, he is a member of this community. He's not accountable to you in the same way that a school teacher or an elected representative is. I'm sure that part of the reason Sprout was chosen for his role is that his knowledge in this area is appreciated. I don't think that post is born out of rudeness or malice, but frustration.
Part of the reason he's talking to you like that is because he is a member of staff; he's promoting harm reduction and you can understand the frustration if it falls on deaf ears. He's not talking to you like that to be uncivil.
This isn't an attack, just a dialogue.

I never said he was a school teacher, kindly don't put words in my mouth- but I won't be spoken to like that, especially by someone half my age. It's disrespectful n members of staff are meant to have abit of decorum. I'll communicate with the other moderators in future who talk to the members with a bit of respect. Manners cost nothing.

It's that attitude and taking everything far too personally that makes you a poor practitioner of Harm Reduction. Do you know you have a responsibility in these threads (that are read by lurckers as well as members) to be an example for HR.
Be aware of that and stick to the topic and take the advise of those massively more knowledgeable than you. That is why we are all here - is it not?

After a year of almost weekly binging on this shit, I'd like to point out that I get absolutely none of these symptoms, and I'm an old cunt.
So, this could mean one or more of the following:
•I've not left it long enough between binges for these symptoms to become apparent.
• I'm more fucked than I thought so I just don't notice.
• I can take me fuckin drugs, me...
• I'm not trying hard enough.
Seriously though, I experienced many of these adverse symptoms (and more) when I was doing a lot of sulphate back in the day, but the worst I've had from 3fpm is a few days of fatigue. I know it could still be doing plenty of damage, but I'd be interested to know just how much the people who have reported these symptoms were smashing the arse out of it.
Edit: it does however, seem to be prone to causing cock death...

When I order some I won't be doing five days on the stuff because it isn't enjoyable n actually becomes a negative experience. I tried it as an experiment n my conclusion is stick with one night for me.
Good news is my scales arrived today so FUNAR please can you help meout with dose amounts n duration times?

But to answer your question, no I can't tbh. I've never weighed a dose of 3 and I vape it - which means I have no concept of duration of action, only how long the bag will last...

No, you were right to get the scales. Vaping is a different ball game - its fairly self limiting in that you can only take as much as your lungs will hold, plus it comes on quicker so its easy to guage when you've had enough (though paradoxically, you can never have enough with vaping). You've been taking it orally, which is a much easier way to overdose than vaping is, due to the fact there's effectively no limit to how much you can take on one dose. This is why you need to know how much you're taking at any one time. I'd suggest if (when) you get more, just weigh out 30mg to begin with (after the initial 'allergy' test) and see how that affects you and how it compares with your previous experiences. Oral dosing also seems to enhance the typical stimulant negative side effects (which is why I don't bother with it), so you need to know how much is right for you.
I normally buy 3-5g which is shared between me and the wife. 1g normally lasts me 1.5 days.

Thank you - I will do that. I'd much rather know how much I'm taking to be honest. I didn't like not knowing. But i did notice that when I took less I seemed to feel mellow but whenI took moren I had an anxius feeling.
