Social The Delphic Oracle - Know Thyself: P&S Social Ampitheatre of Doom

i think you mean

godel said that all definitions are either incomplete or incorrect or in all likelihood both

i could have said the rest of that too though

you are saying "you can't prove everything but that doesn't mean..."

i already realized this

and presented that flip side earlier

if you can't prove anything

then there MUST be some things that are true prior to logic :)

but those things don't need to be proven you see

they are

"godel" is a sweet name

"el" is one of the oldest names for "god"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_(deity)

yeah, i lost sight of that stuff once i started thinking, with my head...
;)

honestly in todays society you can get through life without thinking as long as you don't sin

not that i can define "sin"

but i do think that our society has progressed to the point where our DNA can play its drama without any actual thought entering the equation

"respect thy father and thy mother"

breaking that is supposedly a sin right

is it no longer a sin once you turn 18?

i would assume sin to be actions made with out consideration of the heart, and preemptive thoughts which lead to a sinful action.

Apocrypha: Ecclesiasticus Chapter 17
8 "He set his eye upon their hearts, that he might shew them the greatness of his works."

so then did you really fall into sin?

or did your parents and the church wrongly accuse you of it?

and if they were wrong, then why do you still feel guilty? :(

being a human is confusing XD

one thing i know for sure though is that

something can't come from nothing

so imo god must exist. *shrugs*

imo though

chewy stuffff

fear(if why) yes, especially so because i recognized it usually but didnt care.

or did your parents and the church wrongly accuse you of it?
lol of course they did, from time to time. but they forgave me for a lot.

and if they were wrong, then why do you still feel guilty?
they were wrong, we all are often, but what i was very wrong for doing,
they made right through forgiveness via patience.

i would allow myself to feel guilty about things, but do realize now that guilt is a dissociating emotion - to remain in guilt is to not try or mend what has been broken, it truly is not.

stupidity is not a sin but ignorance is

still reading/chewing :)

done reading

i have a theory that emotions are just physical imperfections

the emotion known as "love" isn't included in that theory though :)

yeah, stupidity and ignorance are a bit different.
:-x

well, love is unconditional

<3

love is unconditional :)

and being unconditional it thereby allows us to take freewill out of the equations

and we can live like einstein rather than godel? :)

einstein was a Yellow Cosmic Sun in mayan astrology btw.

there's 260 signs. Yellow Cosmic Sun is the 260th one

in that sense, love is like a water Lilly, pollinated from the pollen of many ponds, which live on only by moving towards with adornment, respect, patience and yes, love again.

einstien and a yellow cosmic sun sounds great to me.!

btw

i have no association with that term 'free will' rather then what i also understand as, unconditional. to love under free will, is to love only by choice.
:)

ive only gone out of my way to read a few(3 or 4) poems written by alister crowley, speaking free will. people dont own words, so he used that term as his like all the rest. i made a thread about him here because i thought it strange there hadnt been one.
i see his "web" is all.

"Life Love & Light"
