I'd say definitely not every single day my friend. If the DEA were that concerned about shutting our fun down on day 1, they'd have actually done so.... and not waited how many years?

There may be cops doing unique investigations on any 1 of us on a "every single day" basis , but it's not like we all use our real names here or anything... if they were going to file a case against someone, they already did (yeah it happens) and it'd get weighed on by a jury of the person's peer's, move on blah blah blah - the point being, I wouldn't be afraid the DEA are here waiting for every single new drug created just to insta-ban it from our lock-boxes of fun and profit.

Just think of it this way, they would rather stick their legs into the boiling pot of America,and then when oen or two substances causes a fire they're like OH GOD IT BURNS ILLEEEEGALIZE IT". Yeah tehy may have researched quite a long list of drugs this time, but again, recognize that drugs that get banned... they don't disappear for ever. Federally schedule I drugs that the US gov't has made "promises" of destroying on a global level, like the coca plant, the poppy plant, the marijuana plant... all of these things exist and thrive today across the world. Cascades of plans to get rid of them for good, forever, for the rest of human existence, will never pan out. No one wants to see them go away forever obviously. :)

If you have still legal drugs in capsules - it still makes it "ready to sale units" so a cop could still claim you're "sell drugs" even if you just have 3-4 capsules of a certain substance - all set for redosing and shit. *shrugs* this is the problem with the way some of the drug laws are written. So if you were to ask me, what is the practical difference between drugs that are officially unscheduled and those that are Schedule I? How they are sourced, and since BL is not a sourcing site, I will not say more than just merely that, and the difference is completely inconsequential. :)

Do not worry, for your favorite RC's will not run off the face of the planet AFAIK.

Hopefully this will encourage supporters of the exotic psychoactives and the like to take advantage of college loans/grants and educate themselves in chemistry and/or biology and research these things themselves!

It bothers me when the ignorant people get ahold of these wonderful (and sometimes powerful or dangerous) substances and ruin it for the few that stumbled on to these way back when. As far as I am concerned though, the harder it is to obtain these the better. Some of these chemicals are extremely potent and dangerous. Then you have people dumping out herb supplements and eyeballing psychoactives and giving it to good people claiming "yeah it's safe man blah blah very low dose" and the person dies. I've heard about it more times than I've wanted to and seen people overdose on all kinds of shit because of their ignorance or unfortunately trusting the person who gives it to them to be dosed properly.

I say make these extremely difficult to obtain and those who are well educated and practice good safety will find their way to them.
 
if you're "stocking up" I wouldn't publicize it.

What would be easier pickings then rounding up a bunch of users with dealer quanitity of newly illegal chemicals :p

I still have a get out a jail free card from them in lue of the 1999/2000 emergency schedule bust. I'm glad you brought this back to my attention... Not that I would ever need it.
