i dunno who did the remix of fight for your right to party but that was cheezy as fuck. i think chrystal method put it on too. i was rollin way too hard to care though

I've actually played Pump Up the Jam in a club before and people liked it...people like campy tunes like that...However had I played "Cotton Eye Joe", that would have been bad haha.
 
Half of the songs mentioned are not even techno or anything like it....
I don't know why people hate cheese? What is cheese? Is it just popular techno that people dont like because it was partly successful in the mainstream?

technowonderland is a great song. And its happy hardcore at its best. There is nothing cheesy about it.. it was never meant to be techno. Its just your opinion

guess I never thought of it that way.... I guess the ultimate cheesy techno/dance song is/was:

-popular in the mainstream
-done by a "one hit wonder"
-not timeless at all (forever stuck in the year it came out)
-very fitting of the genre's stereotypes



and yes, I think this would be a fun night. play all cheese, and everyone dressed like it was 1992. hell yeah.
 
Trip to Trumpton by Urban Hype. Not quite as cheesy as Sesame's treat but its up there.
