Yes, and of course that will last a long time in the system. What gets me is that no range is given in this study (the one from 1982 where the range is given for cats and dogs but not humans). The range is required for giving a half-life because half-life is a range of different people with different metabolizations.
When you look at the drugs phenazepam is structurally closest to, you get half-lives of intermediate length, and I believe this is probably the case with this drug as well. 60 hours may be very near the top of the range, with potentially a lot of space below it to the average and fast metabolism rates. This is my opinion on the matter, anyways.
