I've been experimenting more &... I see what youre saying (to above poster). If you try to fight it the least bit, it turns into a horribly uncomfortable experience.
However, if you can just lay back and let it overtake you, not move around, and not have any outside disturbances, you can have an amazing journey.
I have to have my eyes closed in a dim place with everything still to get a full experience. I remember my dog moving around and rubbing against me was enough to snap me back into reality (and made me have really negative feelings towards my sweet puppy at the time). If I open my eyes it becomes uncomfortable and I snap back into reality.
On the other hand... the first time I broke through was in the woods at night with a few friends around a campfire... but that was a big hit of salvia.........
