Nootropics The Big & Dandy Nootropics Thread (Stack 2)

I got the inverse experience, when I'm on it, Cognitive functioning is maybe slightly better, but the day afterwards, memory can be really shot. Quite strange, I'd say.

I find piracetam to provide effects immediately, but it also achieves greater effects when taken daily for a couple of weeks. Strangely, after a while it starts to get slightly detrimental rather than beneficial, so when I take it I cycle it a couple of weeks on, a couple of weeks off. I haven't had piracetam in quite some time though. It's very subtle but I notice it for sure, especially when I'm doing something mentally taxing and/or multi-tasking. Also, I feel like you have to actually learn to recognize and utilize the effects. So the first times you take it you might not notice anything.

I'll be trying prolintane soon. I don't have a scale though. Hopefully I'll be able to get a scale soon. I tried 500mg of L-tyrosine today. I've used small amounts of propylhexedrine(inhaling benzedrex inhaler) and sometimes, an energy drink. I sometimes take a benzo and celexa if it's too much anxiety. Maybe prolintane would have cleaner stimulant effects. I occasionally use 2-methyl-2-butanol, but for fun and because it's far less toxic than ethanol.
I tried prolintane and it's very awesome. By far one of the best nootropics ever. There's no withdrawal effects and it's almost like ritalin-jr or something. I cycle prolintane so I only use it 2 to 5 times a week and I'm also taking L-Tyrosine. It's almost like I'm limitless. My cognitive processing speed has increased so much more and some of those effects are there even off the prolintane. I'm also more organized. Prolintane sometimes makes me go on a studying/talking frenzy and I have much more focus(sometimes laser beam focus). I'm one happy camper. I rarely have caffeine anymore. I only occasionally consume caffeine. I've also retained some of the increased focus even off the prolintane. This is so weird, yet so cool. It's like I'm becoming SkyblueMolly 2.0 or something. Did you know that an egg contains about 600mg of choline?

Heya, I have another question, hopefully someone will be so good to answer :D

Which nootropics are currently recognized as the best? As most safe, most potent? And what are their special properties?

Oh i did some, but battling over all this pages just gave me a picture (piracetam should be most safe/long history of use, noopept most potent).

I just wanted to ask other kind people what do they think? Maybe you can help me out, what do you think? :)

Sunifiram is pretty damn powerful, but also the most likely to be unsafe. Noopept is strong and safe. Those are a pretty good starting point.

Now that I think I've read like 5 different threads in nootropics and psychs I may be even more confused than when I started.....it Seems that at the begenning it was considered dangerous to combine them with anything other than MDMA or acid, but then after reading all those threads I got the impression that people are trying it combined with about every hiring under the sun...with no ill effects
I guess my question is is it a true MAO inhibitor and is it safe to combine with tryptamines

Anyone noticed having brain fog while on piracetam+choline? I take about shy of 3.5g of piracetam a day mixed with choline (about 1.75g every 12 hours) and it's been about a week now at that rate and i'm finding my thoughts are disorganized or feeling like i'm not all there and forgetful. Though this could also be from just about quitting usage of weed after dosing high with that lately. I also haven't really used other drugs other than alcohol and smokes in the past 2 weeks.

Though it's been almost 2 weeks since I've taken acid, longer since i've taken MDMA, and last week did a high 675mg dose of dxm (which isn't happening again, heck with DXM). I'm not sure if it's from the piracetam, or just psychosomatic from stress.

Has anyone ever heard of/used phenylpiracetam? I got 9x100mg pills of a friend today. He said to take 1 in the morning and 1 around noon and that it'll provide a gentle stimulation and focus throughout the day. Apparently tolerance builds quickly and 2-3 days of consecutive dosing will lead to no effects if use is continued. Is this more or less correct?

I'm interested in seeing what it is like and plan on using it for studying this weekend. However, I'm more interested in perhaps combining it with something like MDMA or a psychedelic. So I'll keep a few around for that. I've read interesting reports on these combos with other racetams, does the same apply for phenylpiracetam?

I haven't used it myself but from what I know sounds about right.. it is one of the more stimulating and potent of the nootropic racetams. It also tends to be a little expensive.

Be careful with MDMA or psychedelics combined with racetams in general, there can really be a qualitative potentiation. Racetams can apparently really add to say the lucid feel of LSD and rejuvinate one's response to MDMA (I have tried both), but as has been demonstrated before that can become something overwhelming and extra unpredictable. I don't know about phenylpiracetam but I would expect the same unpredictability to count, and of course the bonus stimulation. Take it easy with the doses of everything involved in such mixes.

Wow me neither, cool going to look them up and perhaps I'm subscribing to reddit.com/r/nootropics again.. (after getting fed up with the high volume of posts about the old stack with this and that)
Now I feel like im out of the loop after only a few months..

Do you use them as a stack?

Has anybody tried Tianeptine? Mmm seems very efective from the quick read but also can cause dependency with higher 'recreative' doses so take care..

Selank and Semax / Semaks apparently are effective when I.M.ed which obviously not all nootropic users are into, also they are hexa / septa peptides and are as such a bit harder to make (purify actually Id say) - consequently they are quite expensive. If it wasn't for that I would certainly do a short treatment of one of them. Am interested in the adaptogenic qualities!
