^ OH WOW that is AWESOME!!! Thanks for that HUGE tip!!! You ought to alert everyone on PD by starting a new thread about that "'Mission Control' - online ambient mixed with NASA coms for tripping sountrack" and include your micro trip report to start it off!

this is a fucking weird drug. it seems every different ROA yields diffferent results. i cant spell worth shit on it as a disclaimer.

i have been using it IV and find it has a ketamine like buzz but the confusion is not accompanied by any euphoria now. i think im going to go back to using it intra nasally. i just feel really confused now whereas before i felt nice and it helped my mood.

it lasts longer than i would like as well. i guess im having a hard time finding the sweet spot with the dose and mostly ROA(normally it would be the other way around). i did such a tiny amount today compared to yesterday and i feel more confused. its just weird.

I agree, that is such a stroke of genius! Works so seamlessly well too!

Soma fm is very good if you cannot be asked to make a playlist/download music.

I listened to Drone Zone to go to sleep for 2 years. I stopped because it played very creepy music sometimes. Mission Control is perfect for disscociative headspaces

Not personally, but a few friends have received and tried and they are not happy campers. They know it's not mxe, or if it is it's a very crappy batch. I've heard guesses ranging from ketamine to tiletamine, but from the few descriptions I've heard neither one seems to fit their effects profile. It's still a mystery at this point. I know there were plans to have it lab-tested but have heard of no results as of yet.

EDIT --- it may also be that all of this new 'methoxetamine' is coming solely out of Indian labs now and NOT the Chinese.

Sounds disappointing, I'm glad I only ordered 500mg instead of the 3gr I was planning on.

Just to clarify, you're talking about the new batch that has only become available in the last week or so, rather than previous MXE from 'unofficial sources'?

I'm still holding out hope it'll turn out to be the real deal, but I'll definitely proceed with caution...

Yeah. Well, this 'chrystaline' mxe first showed up about 3 weeks ago and there has been more since. If rumor can be believed it's only the stuff being made in India that is like this. So if your source proccured their batch from the Chinese it should be OK.

... i dunno how 'cream' feels like, but i generally feel spaced out, anesthetized, numb, floppy, fluffy, light... if that helps. about 30mg sublingual today.

Finally got around to trying MXE today with some friends. We dosed at 4pm, roughly 10mg each, again at 6pm, then bumped it up with a further 20mg at about 8pm. We did it on my friends house boat, and had a wonderful half hour all sitting out on the bow, watching the sunset reflect on the perfectly still water. Everyone enjoyed themselves, lots of positive feedback. Still feeling it a bit now, got a mighty head ache though, I reckon I just need sleep.

EDIT: Woke up this morning after a hefty 11 hours sleep - Headache had gone but I definitely felt lethargic and slightly wobbly on the feet (too much sleep or residual effects?). There was a slight hint of nausea as well if I moved suddenly, and slight confusion when I first woke up (more than normal). That was at midday. It's now just gone 7pm and I'm feeling a lot better, albeit still very slightly spaced out.

what does an atom look like?

requires a little chemistry or nuclear physics knowledge, basically the idea is the red color represents place where the electron spends lots of time, green is spending less time there. so the map of color represents the particular mathematical solution for an atom in an excited state, or transitioning from one state to another. this type of transition, if "allowed" in a mathematical sense, is responsible for things that we observe like color of a physical object (simply electrons changing positions from racetrack A to racetrack B and back)... these types of electronic transitions are exploited every day in LEDs, lasers, and neon lamps. the light coming from these types of sources are characteristic of the atom that produced them. sodium vibrates differently than aluminum, etc.

No more mesketamine talk, it has it's own thread now, just FYI.

http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=577823

And besides very scarce info or non-info, this is non put on hold, closed with the following notice:

Actually what we normally do when vendors go around selling stuff under a teasing name without releasing the structure is put up a fair warning for everyone to categorically AVOID it until there is more info out there, otherwise there will be a thousand questions asking the same thing and no answer... adding fuel to the fire and constituting free advertisement and something very similar to an ID thread!

It will be discussed with other crew-members, until then... just like we have done with things like 5-IAI and other things of dubious origin is say STAY AWAY and 'don't ask because we don't know' and:

If you do know PM a mod so that we can start sharing actual information instead of disinformation.

First Detailed Photos of Atoms

671260397.jpg

WASHINGTON — For the first time, physicists have photographed the structure of an atom down to its electrons.

The pictures, soon to be published in the journal Physical Review B, show the detailed images of a single carbon atom's electron cloud, taken by Ukrainian researchers at the Kharkov Institute for Physics and Technology in Kharkov, Ukraine.

This is the first time scientists have been able to see an atom's internal structure directly. Since the early 1980s, researchers have been able to map out a material's atomic structure in a mathematical sense, using imaging techniques.

Quantum mechanics states that an electron doesn't exist as a single point, but spreads around the nucleus in a cloud known as an orbital. The soft blue spheres and split clouds seen in the images show two arrangements of the electrons in their orbitals in a carbon atom. The structures verify illustrations seen in thousands of chemistry books because they match established quantum mechanical predictions.

David Goldhaber-Gordon, a physics professor at Stanford University in California, called the research remarkable.

"One of the advantages [of this technique] is that it's visceral," he said. "As humans we're used to looking at images in real space, like photographs, and we can internalize things in real space more easily and quickly, especially people who are less deep in the physics."

To create these images, the researchers used a field-emission electron microscope, or FEEM. They placed a rigid chain of carbon atoms, just tens of atoms long, in a vacuum chamber and streamed 425 volts through the sample. The atom at the tip of the chain emitted electrons onto a surrounding phosphor screen, rendering an image of the electron cloud around the nucleus.

Field emitting electron microscopes have been a staple of scientists’ probing the very small since the 1930s. Up to this point, the microscopes were only able to reveal the arrangement of atoms in the sample.

The sharper a sample’s pointed tip inside the vacuum chamber, the greater the resolution of the final image on the screen said Igor Mikhailovskij, one of the paper's authors. In the last year, physicists learned to manipulate carbon atoms into chains. With the tip of the sample now just a single atom wide, the microscope was able to resolve the electron's orbitals. The Kharkov researchers are the first to produce real images of the electrons of a single atom, making the predictions of quantum mechanics visible.

While tools like the scanning tunneling microscope already map the structure of electrons in a sample of many atoms, "it's always good to have complimentary approaches," Goldhaber-Gordon said. "Sometimes something puzzling in one view becomes crystal clear in the other view. Each one gets you a step closer to a full understanding."

Goldhaber-Gordon also pointed out that the technique may not be widely applicable because the high resolution was due to the sample's specific structure.

"At the moment it's more important for displaying quantum mechanics very directly than for learning new things about materials," he said. "But that could change if [the Ukrainian team] develop new capabilities."

every time i use this stuff i feel like i should flush it. i hate the immediate effect of being so utterly confused. however, the afterglow is something in it's own. the antidepressisve, anxiolytic properties are very strong.

i do notice that it does make it harder to get out of bed as well. i can drink and entire can of monster and it doesnt do anything since the mxe is doing its thing. i feel like a zombie, but a happy zombie. i feel good but the MOTIVATION is not there. that is what i do not like.

so i have to keep it locked in a vault and use it maybe once a week. otherwise i feel like im just dusted and retarded. the urge to redose is there yet i dont like the effects. i like the after effects. so weird. it kind of scares me when i use it.....but the after affects are very calming.

i just feel rather stupid though. cognitive wise it really does a number.

I also find myself just confused while on mxe. It's also pretty bland visually when it comes to seeing colors IME.I've never had real compulsions to redose for these reasons.

Zombie is the perfect description. It would probably be pretty entertaining to dose mxe with friends and walk around after each other like zombies.
