I've done it many times, what's up Coltdan?

Yeah I know what you mean, the come-down from a 5-day MXE binge can leave the nerves kinda confused. You just gotta ride it out. What I do when I go hard for a few days is a taper on the last couple days, just threshold doses every couple hours to sustain the glow. Even with that, the first day without any dosing needs to be a day of recuperating the body, lots of nourishment, stretches and light movement. You won't feel like doing much, but thats completely normal. Process and reflect on the experience, let it bring you inspiration. Focus on the love and your passion for physical manifestation will return with force in short order.Any advise from other experienced users about how to break to the cycle and ease yourself back into yourself, so-to-speak, would be very much appreciated. Really going to try to give it a rest for at least three weeks from tomorrow. Wish me luck!
Not so much with the urination, but bountiful gas, in deed and in fact. I must say that 35 mg nasal followed by bumps to total60 mgs is totally different that 60 in one go. This is my first dissociative and I'm still familiarizing myself. I'll try the bed and music set and setting next time. What music tends to go well, I enjoy everything from Ludwig Van, to pink floyd, to metallica.
Asante, and all others with the supernatural experiences, what were your set and settings?
Who thinks "I need to work on core conditioning -- maybe burning 120 gallons of gas lifting me and my sky-sparing partner into the stratosphere, then breaking out of crippling leg holds while we scream towards terra firma might be the way to get those super sleek abs that have been evading me."? The linked-to music is pleasant, though. Just didn't expect THAT!Whether your goal is to improve your ability to defend yourself mid free-fall, or compete with the best vertical contenders on earth, the physical and mental benefits of FCS are undeniable.
