i would agree on the first part that its one of the safest drugs with IMO the least body load of anything next to weed. but i dont think light use of ket is really healthy at all haha
It has wonderful anti-depressent properties, helps increasing the number of NMDA receptors in the brain (helps with learning, and memory), and is neuroprotective. I couldn't see how taking 30mg every other day could potentially cause any problems.
Maybe your cancer got it's own cancer and died :D
II have no scientific studies prepared to justify my claims
Good enough for me.

If one has had experience with another dissociative, going straight into the k-hole shouldn't be a problem. DXM was one of my first drug experiences, and after some initial failed experiments undershooting with second plateau doses, then several profound third and high third plateau experiences, I was certain that I didn't want to bother with low-dose ket. The k-hole was what I wanted!Definitely start with a low dose just to get a feel for things. Going straight for a khole (no matter how much you've read about) isn't usually the best course of action with ket--it ends up scaring or confusing most people before they have a chance to learn to appreciate it. There's really no rush either so you might as well work your way up to it.
As per your music question I've gone into holes with and without music and don't have anything bad to say about either. Music ends up taking a back seat but you really just have to try it out and see for yourself.![]()
It seems really safe as far as illegal drugs go, haha. I keep reading that it's still used for children at the dentist. Also that the toxic dose is far, far beyond what would put you out.Like we all know cigs can still give you cancer even if you smoke like one a month. But does Ketamine do anything bad to you in terms of long term health? Like messing up your memory for a month, I don't consider that a long term effect. Now I'm sure it's bad for you if you go into the K hole every night, but I'm talking about maybe a few times a month at best.
Yes I searched but I didn't find anything relating to this specific question...
