It's all going to be very subjective. For me 4-AcO-MET is FAR more visual than the same dose of 4-HO-MET, like no comparison at all. That's not to say that 4-HO-MET isn't extremely visual, comparable only DMT for me as has been said, but for me 4-AcO-MET is basically the same but more plus actual hyperspace visions plus a cosmic mindset. 4-HO-MET seems like a toy by comparison.

By the way, don't be so sure. :) I've vaporized the fumarate salts of 4-AcO-MET and 4-AcO-DET and they were both beautiful. I'm not sure if 4-HO-MET would hold up as well as 4-AcO-MET under the flame but I'd definitely be willing to experiment with it. I've only vaporized 4-AcO-MET once so far and didn't quite reach the dose I was hoping for, but rather than taking more I just tried meditating with it and putting on some of those flashing LED glasses for putting yourself in trances, and that turned it into one of the most incredibly visual and euphoric things I have yet experienced. The visuals were quick like smoking DMT, but the way they unfolded was more like high dose LSD with the realism and hedonism pumped up a few orders of magnitude (though it's less like crazy or raw, more real). There was a point where I was feeling like seven or eight bodies at once and that allowed to me experience several different aspects of a person at once as my identity was constantly shifting from one to the next out of control.... Can't wait to get there from just the dose alone. 4-AcO-DET actually produced the completely autonomous entities for me when vaporized. I bet 4-AcO-MET can get there too if it wants to. :D

46mg orally down the hatch....watched the movie under the skin....messed up movie

Waving undulating melting.....good stuff....I think out of the 4 subs this is my favorite....next time I'm combining all of them....15mg of each x4

Maybe next weekend....
 
Recently picked up a gram of this along with some 4-HO-MET and a restock of 4-HO-MiPT. I've only trialed the metocin thus far, which was underwhelming in that I got virtually no visuals off 20mg plus a 10mg booster. I wonder if this hard-headedness will transfer over to the aco ester.
I most likely won't get to metacetin until a couple weeks after bicycle day, but I'm hoping it hits me harder than metocin when I do get to it! Reports seem to vary in this thread over whether it's more or less potent than 4-HO-MET.
 
Had 15mg and it blew me away, i dont know whether my scale is broken or psychedelics are so powerful to me.
 
15mg of good stuff is a pretty damn good experience, Al-lad. Most people seem to be getting shit chemicals with the dosages I see online, and that's with most every chemical.
 
You certainly can't necessarily conclude impure chemical from having a weak experience. A dose of the same batch on which one person is comfortable can blow somebody else out of the water, beyond the expected differences caused by body weight and such.
People can differ in the way they metabolise a chemical, for instance through the presence or absence of particular enzymes, leading to higher or lower levels of actives reaching the brain.
 
Having not tripped in around a month and some positive things in my life happening I wanted to. 4acomet is the only thing I had so I gave it another shot in a new setting. I was very surprised how strong 23 mg was and the new setting gave me a totally different, better feel for this stuff. Surprisingly not very visual for me, but the mental and emotional trip was very intense, especially after I started smoking cannabis. My friend took 23 mg as well and he reported very strong visuals. This stuff can definitely play tricks on your mind, especially with weed in the mix. I will probably use this again at 30-40 mg with n2o and leave the weed out.
Glad I was finally able to have a great Time on this though.

Has anyone tried MET that could compare the 2?
 
I gave my dad 32mg of this a few months ago & he said it was the strongest trip he's ever had, visually & physically, which surprised me because he used to eat a lot of LSD in his youth (didn't trip for over a decade until a little over a year ago though & rarely does now)! Doesn't surprise me that he was able to mentally "keep it together" much better than he did oftentimes back in his lysergic days, I've always found 4-AcO-MET very easy to control. It's color scheme & elements of the body buzz also kind of remind me of LSD. The headspace is pretty clear & functional, but still gets pretty deep, every time I've done it I've become very analytical & figured things out quite well.

My sister and I took 22mg MET last night and spent most of the trip watching videos of our infancy/toddler years our parents recorded with shitty 90s camcorders. That was something else..

Also came to a lof of realizations about my existence in the universe and how to balance the no self with personal development, which I've been pondering for a few months now. I love it when I actually remember my trip revelations the next day!:D

Would love to hear about this. I'm thinking about doing something similar here soon.... Which four are you referring to specifically?
 
i find the 4-Aco to be less stimulating then 4-ho-met. Slowed down and a little deeper. prefer it to 4-ho-met but 4-ho-met is fast and in your face. maybe a littlte more visual but i dont really think so...
 
Are there any updates as to the stability of this chem? Is it as prone to breaking down as 4-aco-dmt?

I'm wondering if making a solution would be better for long term storage as well.
 
60 mg dxm + 17 mg 4-aco-met. The dxm completely changed the character of the metacetin so I guess there is some NMDA antagonism going on even with threshold dxm doses. The visuals were very different as walls were bending and the ground was sloping and warping. Much less anxiety than normal.
 
Tried 40mg on an empty stomach with no tolerance, hoping for a very strong trip. Came up after 30 mins and it wasn't very intense so I suspect the product was degraded, despite being sold alongside partially degraded 4-aco-met as the non-degraded version. I'd say it was comparable to 25mg of 4-aco-dmt.

Music enhancement was superb, CEVs nonexistent, but OEVs were very bright with hue shifting, twisting, warping and breathing. Easy concept visualization, and quite strong stoning effect but no confusion. Felt very relaxed and calm.
 
High doses this is amazing onky down side was no cevs, veryyyy euphoric body and mind, oevs are similar to dmt in my weird opinion, insufflation is best roa for sure great chem
 
Oral actually has better bioavailability IME. Insufflation seems a tad weaker with more side effects and a greatly reduced duration. Just my gf and my opinion though. Never did more than 40mg-45mg which was never much different than 30mg just more side effects. Best at 20mg-30mg.
 
Did 20-22mg sublingual for five minutes then swallowed with the girl I'm talking to this past Saturday. It's such an amazing chemical. So euphoric and giggly and positive. I haven't laughed like that in ages, maybe in over a year. OEVs were not as strong as I'd hoped, mental effects a little less than I wanted also, but damn did I feel great.

Pro-tip: mix this with MXE and it's even more god-tier. Lower doses of each at a show feels so similar to MDMA.
