I've been going to the bi-annual BOOM Festival in Portugal since 2012. I will miss it this year but maybe again in 2018. I'm not sure I will ever make it to Burning Man so this is as close as I will get to a similar atmosphere, although Burning Man is definitely unique in it's own right. I have friends heading over in 2017 that are attending the Symbiosis Solar Eclipse a week before Burning Man, but I have to many commitments.
