Let's not get into the argument over what consititutes a 'bogus' diagnosis and maybe leave it to the relevant professional practitioners, shall we? There's no way you can diagnose somebody over the internet based on a BL post, therefore you declaring their diagnosis 'bogus' is pretty absurd if you think about it. Especially if (as I'm assuming) you're not one of the aforementioned professionals.

I wouldn't presume to question anyone's diagnosis inparticular. I just think the sheer amount of people prescribed these drugs, when looked at alongside the lobbying power of the pharmaceutical companies, means that the professional opinion may, in some cases, be somewhat skewed. My main point is there seems to be a general uptightness about the doses of certain illegal drugs people choose to take, which seems a bit hypocritical given the prescribing culture over there.
