Recovery The 2023 Recovery Thread

Just been for a walk above the bay here. Now I'm training arms and cooking some nice clean meat/vegetables to eat.

Been smoking a bit of weed and doing K semi regularly over the festives. Plan is now for the new year to make both of those less frequent and focus mainly on my exercise routine and getting myself back to where I should be in life.

I have applied for a couple of courses locally and hoping to get myself back into the world of work. I think the K played a big part in allowing me to see things clearly, what might work for me etc, what I need to work on.

is important to have a contrast of this "new calendaristic year"

because people don't change but we all look to modify something little by little being a non-governamental citizen foundation for now or for very least until 2040, i think is where moral decision will see a decadence in procentage of sea of sin or what average joe label as "ethic scale".

The fact he is in a wheelchair does not mean he cannot commit domestic violence.

You should have a long read of the below article, domestic violence is just physical, sometimes it can be mental.

I prefer male doctors over 50. If they are Asian that wiill be a problem, they will give you nothing. Female, younger and asian doctors are unlikely to write a schedule anything script, and if they do it is a lousy one. Hey, I am sorry but this true, if my mom, sister or my dad were alive would agree. The first 2 always bitched about female, young or Asian doctors refusing to write perscriptions that worked ( schedule drugs) I am not a racist, sexist or age whatever. The truth is the truth. I am middle aged with health issues, and both my mom and sister had medical problems, and older male doctors, who are not Asian are your best bet for a good script. Sorry but the truth is truth. If any physicians in Michigan fall into this any of these categories, and disagree, fine write me a Seconal script, prove me wrong

I had this exact problem trying to fix my suddenly fucked up hearing with standard treatment - steroids - so these doctors could end with me under a bus, under a train, off a cliff or dead from an O/D. It is permanent if you DO NOT treat it right away. But most docs are arrogant as fuck so yeah no point in arguing them, I’d rather screw their necks.
