Sydney- *Sublime@HOME any friday...part two*

subbies > plastic .. no contest

I should be making my long awaited return this friday (30th). No free ticket though, so I'll be waiting in line and paying through the nose like the rest of you suckers. Am amped for a good night as my last 2 subs missions were shithouse.
 
On Debut

Yes'm and myself are en route to Sublime this Friday (30th) - all the way from WA.

We're heading to Sydney for a 21st and after hearing all the hype are now keen to check out sublime@home.

Any useful advice?

Due to a series of events that could only be described as a 'clusterfuck' we did not make it to Sublime. Did however go to YU (or 'Y wouldn't U' as it quickly became known) and was suitably impressed, mind you, I am from Perth.

Not that it prevented us but all our mates we asked about Home rolled their eyes and told us not to go there - generally suggesting Tank, YU, Moulin Rogue and a few other places. Can't comment because I haven't been to those places (except YU) but was amazed with unanimity of opposition to Home!
 
YU has mirrored all round. very trippy at the end of a bender.

but im pretty sure at home, the urinal is mirrored. making it very tough to get out meth dick

i havent been to Sublime/Home in over three years...*i think* and even then i spent most of the time sitting on the balcony up in Cargo yakking the night away with strangers. everytime i go back to sydney i go...wow i should go back there one night.

...ahhh memories...

As much as sublime isn't my favourite haunt, considering it's free for me tonight I’ll be there... till I get bored and find something else to entertain myself with. :\

also, some of the crazy bunch might be coming over to my place around 7pm for pizza and other stuff before heading out for the night.
 
Hi...I'm keen to Sublime for the first time this Friday. (from Melb) Whats a good time to get there to get in...or is there no probs ? Cost ? ..... seen a lot of Home on Channel V...been wanting to go for ages ! thanks
 
it opens at 11, and shouldnt be much queue for a regular fri night, so anytime after that should be ok. cost is $25.
 
i miss subbies! its been like a month since ive been out raving or even to a decent club. any big names playing there lately?
