Wrong.First of all snorting Suboxone has been the most effective way of administration, followed by rectally( makes my bowels move way too much).
1mg IV = 1mg
1mg sublingual (with alcohol) = 0.7mg
1mg insuffulated = 0.5mg
1mg sublingual (w/o alcohol) = 0.3mg
1mg oral (not sublingual) = 0.1mg
These are the best (to worst) ways to do buprenorphine, and you said #3 was the best.
You're getting 0.5mg for every mg snorted, whereas I can get 0.7mg for every mg sublingually dosed w/ alcohol, or I can get the whole MG out of banging.
I don't need your help. Why would I want to get less out of buprenorphine as I already do?I want to help those who are shooting it, and whatever else, to maybe experience what I am experiencing everyday. My quality of life at this time has never been even close to this high up, I get the buzz I always wanted when I was a pillhead, yet I don't get sick, and it's regulated to one high a day because of how suboxone is designed.
I can get high on suboxone 3 times a day, and I don't need to snort anything.
That means they wanted to use heroin all along, and weren't trying to get clean.Heroin I usually did half a 25 dollar bag, although my max was 20 vicodin, then 25 in one day...that was interesting. I know I have a lower tolerance to Suboxone than my friend Aaron, but he was never really willing to try my system either. 2 people tried it for about a week, and it actually worked for them, but they could not keep it up.. and went back to Heroin unfortunately.
I have a low opiate tolerance, and that's because I dose 1mg of suboxone twice a day. And I get more out of each MG than you do, because that's how the math adds up.So for this system to work on those who have higher tolerances, just try... try to take one half/whole a day, an hour after you wake up.. otherwise as I stated.. the offset timing of doses (as long as the second dose is very small ) will suffice.
if this question has already been asked in here im sorry but i dont feel like going through 30 pages for the answer i wanted to know if mixing suboxone and lyrica is dangerous and if not is it a good high also i have been told mixing lyrica with vikks and percs makes for a great high is this true thank you in advance for any help you can offer please reply fast if you can
No, you won't get high.
Are you happier now that you know the truth?
I have been taking my 8mg tab daily
for a year now, sublingual, as directed. And to be honest? The addict in me would very much like to "feel" alittle something, if at all possible, even if that means crushing/chopping up my pill to snort it. Snort the whole amount, all at once? Or like two rails? Or what?
Thanks~
I suggest not snorting suboxone. Take it sublingually, but put 1 CC of hard liquor underneath your tongue for every 8mg pill you're taking (1/4 CC for 2mg, 1/8CC for 1mg, and 4CC for 32mg, so on and so on). This way, you'll get 0.7mg for every MG you take sublingually, versus just 0.3mg for every MG (without the alcohol).
At the end, you can spit the alcohol out.
IVing it will get every MG for MG you put in, and I would only suggest one IV's 1mg or 2mg of buprenorphine at a time.
I just don't think snorting suboxone is all that effective or a good idea for that matter.
What's your bupe doc going to say when you show up one day with a sudden massive increase in tolerance?
How can he tell how much buprenorphine someone needs to feel OK? The doctor certainly isn't the patient.
And as long as the patient doesn't have obvious WD symptoms, the doctor will be CLUELESS as to what the patient is up to.
So, the doctor won't say anything but "Here's your prescription, good luck!"
If you go to your doctor, and tell him you're abusing the prescription, and you tell him you have a huge tolerance, well that's just your fault, isn't it?
I take 2-4mg/day. Its usually not right when I wake up either, since I don't feel sick right away, I just take it whenever I remember. I've been awake for about 2 hours and haven't taken my dose yet. Anyway, when I take it, here's what will happen: nothing. It does what bupe is supposed to do, hold me over. I could skip a day, which I do sometimes, and on my next dose all I'll feel is a tiny bit of relief (since its been 48 hours since I dosed), then: nothing, just bupe holding me over. I don't know anyone who gets high from suboxone, whether they take it once a month or daily, if they had a large habit before. I consider you to be an anomaly, since your experience is unlike most everybody else's that I've heard.
I take 2mg (maybe 3mg) a day as well. I typically do it as I wake up, because it's typically been over 12 hours since I've dosed (sometimes even longer).
When I take my buprenorphine, even by 1mg at a time, I get high. It's not a heroin high, it's not an OC high (if you had to say it was closer to one or the other, it's more stimulating like an OC but it's not the same high), and it's not anything close to another opiate's rush or euphoria.
Suboxone has a high for me because I like feeling what I do. It's pleasant to not be in WD symptoms anymore, it's pleasant to have a benzo-like sedation, and it's pleasant to have a mild euphoria (versus an intense euphoria).
There is a body high with buprenorphine, though it is nothing like heroin, or mushrooms, or MDMA, so don't take suboxone thinking "I'm not going to feel my face!" ...because you will.
I get high off of buprenorphine on a daily basis. It's not something I especially look forward to, it just happens.
I also know people who occasionally take buprenorphine, and they'll also get high (when they have low opiate tolerances). Some people even compare the high they get from buprenorphine to morphine, or heroin (some think it's even better).
It's all about your subjective experience of opiates. If you have gotten high on heroin every day for many, many years, you might never feel the "suboxone high" people speak of.
However, if you tried heroin a handful of times but aren't currently on it, it's feasible to say you might enjoy a baseline dose.
If you expect suboxone's going to give you a high, it likey won't. If you don't think much of it, and then all of the sudden you're getting a grin (

It has a lot to do with user expectations. If you're expecting a heroin high by IVing suboxone (no matter what the dose), it's likely you won't even half way enjoy the feeling. If you're expecting nothing much from it, you can get a mild high from it and it'll be a pleasant surprise.
I think that's what it comes down to, is what people expect out of suboxone.
