gmni13 doesn't have a computer anymore, but i still see/ talk to him on a daily basis. we will absolutely be going to starscape together:) it's about time we introduce the 2 geminis;)

i think there was a different tent there the year before, and thats where everyone congregated, so they decided to meet up on the same grassy knoll. i was happy because i wanted to hear the dnb, but this year i hope there is something different in that area :) andy c did fucking kill it last year though :D
 
^^fuck yeah he did. i enjoyed his set from near the stage, due to the fact that that was the 1st time i had seen him live. dunno what i will be looking fwd to this yr. i dont really think i will be going so much for the music or djs, just the vibe. cuz you CANNOT find that up here in the northeast anymore. Plus i get to hang out with all u crazy kids again ;)

Also, Squeaks suggested that you guys let me know what area you are coming from, because it might potentially be helpful to others (like if someone needs a ride and you are willing to carpool). I think I know where most of you are coming from, and if not it's probably in your profile. Also if you guys want to give me your first names, I can include that in the e-mail list, might be helpful.

I am looking into hotels in the area. Like I said, I live about 25-30 mins from Fort Armistead Park (the venue where Starscape will be held) and know this area pretty well. It seems like most of you out-of-towners will be driving to this event so, I take it nobody is pressed about having a hotel nearby the airport? Squeaks also suggested we try and all stay at the same hotel. Might not be the most practical thing in the world but, whoever wants to try and make hotel arrangements to be with certain other BL'ers can do so. I've done a little research so far...I'm trying to find hotels with the cheapest rates. We have a good variety here...of everything from pricey to cheap =D I'm going for cheap. I'm also not sure if more people would rather stay in Baltimore City, or in my lovely suburban city that is close by. Or anyother suburb nearby. I dunno. Give me your input!

For anyone who doesn't realize it...its not a good idea to post phone numbers/hotel info or anything ON this message board. Thats part of the reason I'm doing the e-mail list. And even then, if some of you don't feel comfortable telling EVERYONE on the list where you will be staying, don't do it! If you don't mind, then go ahead. Most of the people I have on the list so far are people I trust, or at least a lot of you seem to know each other already. At the very least, everyone who PM's me with their e-mail addy will be given a list of everyone's e-mail addy and can then just do what they like with it.

Just think with your head, thats all any of us can ask for.

I'm not trying to run the show here or anything, just trying to put forth some effort to get things organized. I'm more than willing to take tips and suggestions and everything! I've been to Starscape the past 2 years so I know the venue well, and of course I know the area well cause I live here. So hopefully I can be of some help. hehe

yea...as she said please dont give out ANY info on here. I had a bunch of friends at a party on saturday night that got raided and all because of info that was left on a board like dumb fucks ..! :|

that being said, i dont care where i sleep as long as i have a shower, and if not a bed then someone i can rest my head on and drool right Dave ;)

bingo. i sure dont know everyone on that list. well, most of you, but there are at three random people who ive never seen post before. so its a good idea to be on the safe side if theres a chance u might have substances on your person. :)
 
only substance i will have will be my trusty bottle of 100 proof vodka!! (not to be used for the party)
 
ok, ok, we don't need 20 posts telling people not to post personal information on hotels and stuff here... I think 4 should suffice. ;)

Just wait for the mailing list to start before we start looking at hotels and what-not. There have been a couple of people over the last two years that were really good at finding the best rates in the best locations... I propose that most of you chill on the hotel thing until info has been put out on the cheapest and closest for this year.
