boutta take a large bong rip, i packed a concentrate PACKED layered bowl. Quite a bit of hash and kief in there, as well as a dab of wax.

I feel like crap today. Yesterday I took too much of my pain meds. Well I was still in my daily dosage but to me it's not a good sign. I will watch my dosage today. My back is killing me. I hate it. Why can't I just be a normal person? I really want to get a job and work. But days like this remind me why I don't. I would be fired for missing work.

In my experience, just try not to be too hard on yourself, and take the process of feeling better one day at a time. For the time being that needs to be a primary goal. If you get to feeling down, do something that you're able to that makes you happy, or just talk to people as you are doing now.

You need to feel okay, before you consider work, and that's okay. No one should judge you for that.
 
I do stuff around the house that makes happy. My yard is amazing. I have roses that bloom so beautifully. My grass is thick and deep rich green. This is the first year out of 10 that it has no dead brown spots. I have veggies growing in the back. I have enjoyed 5 delicious watermelons from my garden. So much better than store bought. I have tons of okra. I have enough for the rest of the year.

I get to spend time with my babies. They are so sweet and kind. I am very happy to be blessed with what I have.

I will know how much I'm getting in my lawsuit today. So I'm this much closer to paying off my car and having extra money for new furniture and stuff. I hope anyways.
 
does anyone know if they sell points individualy at pharms, im getting so sick of reusing the same one over and over again, i know a 10 pack isnt that much but when your broke every cent counts. i know it sounds lazy but i realy dont feel like going spanging. im just so sick of sharing, does anyone have any ideas where i could find one or 2 fresh ones. still got a couple days til the exchange just need something to get by with til then
 
They definitely will have individual syringes, you often don't even need to pay. Depends on where you go and where you live but I would walk in and say "I need a 29 gauge insulin needle"
 
Man I got a frustrating letter in the mail from my neurologist cuz I had to change my appt a few times, so gotta call them tomorros to make sure I don't end up being dismissed.

Blah it's messing up my high. Need to relax.

Needles are cheap. I go to the local Walmart and buy a tenpack of 1cc 29 gauge 1/2 inch needle for under two bucks (hr prices,sorry if this isn't legit).
