I dunno. Since I've had it daily I haven't suffered anxiety one bit and my sleep problems I've had since a baby have gone. Seems to work wonders for me. The withdrawals are pretty horrible though.



And misteee nah not every fortnight, you should be fine tolerance wise. I only get tolerance if I am dosing every day or more.
 
bouncing from 1.5mg to 1mg consistently 0.5 is my target but it will take a lot of patience.
 
I've had a chance to get some alpraz recently - few things I've noticed :

- Maybe it's just me but it has a high dose-response curve? Still titrating to find my sweet spot.

- Definitely (again maybe just for me) feel inferior to diaze - I enjoy my warm and fuzzies from diaze, that "warm blanket" ya feel from it.

- Also noticed that although I have a slight benzo tolerance (granted nothing to compared to some. But starting from 5mg diaze to relax and now up to 25/30mg. :/ ) it seems not existent for alpraz! ~1 to 2mg seems not too bad.

- Also more sedating / switches my brain off (which I definitely need which it's usually [even without substances] goes a million miles an hour).

I think it's quite individual. I was taking just 5-10mg diazo once a week for a month or two and my tolerance at it's max reached 45mg.

Agreed with others though, your tolerance shouldnt be a problem....if ya can keep to taking just that! ;)

2mg of alprazolam is equal to about 40mg of diazepam according to the benzo equivalence chart.

Though it varies from person to person, and there won't be complete cross-tolerance between different benzos.
 
At 15mg valium a day at the moment, had to get my dose bumped back up because the withdrawals hit me hard and landed me in a psychiatric hospital. Was shaking violently, didn't sleep for nearly 3 nights straight without any stimulants (infact I was still taking the valium, just obviously not enough).

Dropping to 12.5mg a day soon, I was doing the taper too quickly so had to take a step back and really slow down. At this rate I hope to be off valium in about 5 weeks. This shit ain't fun - if you're going to use benzos - use them with moderation.
 
I tried valium last week for the first time, I fucking loved it! My anxiety completely vanished and I felt so happy and relaxed. I really want to get some more.
 
had 2.5mg of xanax today after having none for bout 2-3 weeks and very little sleep last night...
oh how i missed that feeling on such a small dose <3
 
I used to love benzos... before I became immune to them. :\

Temazepam and clonazepam were probably my two favourites. Ah, memories!
