Benzo tolerance spikes pretty quickly and can get really high with daily use which is why some people end up taking ridiculous doses trying to feel it strongly again. Not good.

It's no laughing matter when they are back at the doctors trying to get a prescription again because they wank-dosed.
 
well, i'm about physically addicted to valium again:\

the doctor has prescribed me 1gm (4 x 50, 5mg boxes) in the last couple of weeks because of the mess i'm in. i'm not too concerned at the moment besides having my tolerance sky rocket back up.

i used 250mg in 2 days and still didn't get anymore than 4 solid hours of sleep, just a bit wobbly on the feet the next few days.

what would people recommend for another sleeping med alternative? i'm talking benzos.

nitrazepam?

it's the nature of the beast. i'm one of those people who got clean after a 2 year addiction to prescripted benzos only to be back at that place again after saying in this thread not long ago i was getting off them before i got addicted again...so much for that.

admitedly i'm not too worried about having an opiate and benzo monkey on my shoulders at the moment:\

xanax was a wonderful sidekick to me when I got home yesterday after a big night out friday. levelled me out and enabled me to get stuff done during the day, minus sleep, and settle into a delectable 12hr slumber last night. :)

beats the pants off valium for sure.

heh for some reason i was under the impression that fortehlulz started this? unless he deleted it and the mods recovered it and merged it into your reply?

valium > xanax btw:p xanax is only good for knocking you out short term, it's too short of action. with valium you get the extra metabolites (nor-diaz, oxazepam) plus much longer action:)
 
Fortehlulz started the original benzo thread, this is the 2nd edition. I was under the same impression as you till a week or two ago when I noticed. Don't know when the hell this one was made...
 
Dude, I would like to agree with you. I don't know when the last one ended and this one began. I am 99% sure it was originally created by fortehlulz and it clearly says in the title "2nd Edition" so it seems to me we have missed out on the creation somehow. Maybe an AusDD mod or hyroller or fortehlulz could clear it up? LOL

Stoned or not you're on the money leftwing. Fortehlulz had closed the thread. As the first post in the 1st Ed was Fortehlulz's, unapproving that meant no one but mods & admin could see the thread. I edited out his posts, and combined the original with the 2nd Ed thread I started.
 
Last nite i combined sum alprazolams with sum codeine. Have done it a number of times. Does anyone else get short term memory loss on it? I usually start with half a bar but somehow end up having 2-3 and then i actually forget everything that has happened. I forgot alot of convos and didnt know what i was doin. Is this normal for u guys? Its happening quite alot lately for me even with low doses combined with sum form of opiate like codeine, h or oxys.
 
I only get 60 1 mg xanax a month and I could easily go through them in a week. I have been saving my last refill because I'm not a great person to fly with if I don't have 4 or 5 xanax in me when that plane lifts off. I wish I could get my doctor to give me some extra for the trip. Do you think I should ask him? I'm afraid he'll start worrying about my abuse. He doesn't know, I mean, I get my script when it's time and I don't let him know when I am out. Do any of you have situations like this?
 
Sustanon that is pretty standard benzo'd out behaviour, I suggest reducing your dose a little if this is a problem for you. I definately feel if I hit the amnesia stage with xanax while I am on opiates I have kinda wasted them. Getting barred out is nice and all, but too much benzo detracts from opiate euphoria.
 
My rule of thumb is benzo's first, second substance after. That way you can regulate how it effects you while you still can conscientiously make that decision. Xanax IMO creates the most amnesiac state, valium to a lesser extent for some reason.

Hope you're doing ok with all the benzo shit, mate. I know how it is, been there myself as you know. Stay safe :)

Been off the daily scripted valium for several months now after tapering for the 2nd time. W/ds that time were cake compared to the last time tapering off from a year of daily scripted valium that followed 3 years of using blackmarket benzos most weekends for comedowns.

I'm not scripted benzos anymore, though I still use some blackmarket serepax (oxazepam) every so often for d-amp comedowns, potentiating opiates and as a sleep aid. Taking it much easier though these days - don't want to develop a dependancy on the stuff again.
