So I need a way to get in everything included in a good multivitamin but no B vitamins anyone drink a pre mixed vitamin powder that doesn't contain B

I lift bags of dirt right now more brutal than any gym lifting I ever done did but it has broken down my psyche at the same time I would recommend a gym over it any day of the week.

I am low tech exerciser though through and through within and without no advice for the hi-tech route but inspiring to see you so focused hope the pain gets better I know Eastern healing arts can possibly heal it no thoughts on Western strength conditioning honestly these days

as others have said its about calorie intake and protein intake, as well as pushing yourself and either doing more reps to failure or heavier weights to failure

i would throw in some squats to stimulate growth hormone for best measures
good luck

Best way to gain muscle is heavy weights low reps. Think 3x3 sets. High reps will do more for tone. You can mix it together with a pyramid with lower weights higher reps work your way up to 3 sets of 3 at the top. Then you can work your way back down as well.

give yourself the time in between days to heal. Once or twice a week for most muscle groups is plenty. Abbs can be worked every day. A good schedule is day one chest and triceps abbs, day two is arms wrists legs abbs, three is back shoulders abbs and massage, four stretch and or rest hot tub etc. repeat.

BMX injury. In short aired a half pipe over rotated and jack-knifed and all 85kg of me came down rib first onto the end of the handlebar...got a massive hernia from it too and had to have a 4 hour operation to get it removed and spent 5 days in hospital flying with a morphine PCA lol.

They're healed now so all good.. Or a good 90% anyway.. I'll check out that link, cheers 👍
Sounds like you are a certified badass! I thought maybe you were a bull rider. But hey, BMX rider is just as cool a way to break 5 ribs and get a hernia as I've ever heard. Not that the recovery is cool. Or the doctor bill.

Haha thanks pal 😂 yea the recovery sucked! No worries on the doctor bill though, I live in England so luckily its all free! Pretty much the best thing about this country lol

About a year ago I bought 2 pound/ 5 pounds dumbbells. Then I bought a single ten pounds and now a single 15 pound which is heavy I can do 3 sets of ten with the 15 pound. Im just wondering I'm doing like morning and night 3 sets of 15 on my ten pounds but that's all I can do. I'll do other arm work outs I remember but I always do dumbbells and is this ok? I dunno I feel lost without a trainer and a gym. I can't wait to see myself be able to use the 15.. even though I'm weak I try to eat lots of protein and I do those every single day. This sounds sain right? Im worried I'm doing it wrong. I should add I don't use a computer yet I'm working on that and a car. Maybe new years I'll have these things but in mean time inn using my phone. Makes it harder to make detailed long posts.

I just want know that I'm waiting to be able to do 3 sets of 15 with the 15 pound. But I do use it to strain my muscles I'll do 1 set of ten is this enough or should I take burn my arms..? Like do the ten pounds maybe 9 says of 15 spread out over the day 3 times.
Morningb3 sets 15
Afternoon and nighttime

My brother what do you want to do cant just do arms. Have a chest day and do biceps have a back day and do triceps have a day on legs do cardio before or after each session and have a day for shoulders. I have been training for years but it all depends on what you want to achieve. If you want to bulk then go heavyweights but fewer reps or if you want to tone up and rip then do lighter weights but more reps. Also, you say you eating protein but how many carbs are you eating is the petrol for your body gives you energy unless you going keto and you get energy from protein. I know I'm old school and newer training like circuits may be better but I can't tell you because I don't do it.

I used to bulk in winter then rip before summer but now just on a maintain you cant just do arms and look weird with big arms and nothing else but you have started and that is a good thing. Also bro you have to have rest days it makes a big difference let me know what your aim is . Always push yourself but don't get an injury

When my brother wanted to be more masculine, he was passing your way. He too can't gain normal muscles despite his hard training. And later, he went to the gym, and his trainer told him to do the following steps: special diet and some protein drinks, regular but doesn't everyday training and 1 time per month go to the massage salon to sometimes relax for muscles. Unfortunately, don't remember all this stuff, but workouts were day in and day, also attended 강남안마 salon. For now, he has reached his point, and I hope that his experience will help you.

Hey @xxsicknessxx I'm going to merge this thread with your other weight lifting thread. I hope that's okay. Let me know if you have any questions about it. It's so great to see you making progress!!! Keep it up! :)

So I'm trying. I lift dumbbells every single day, I try to eat healthy and be healthy but a few concerns that I can't talk to my doctor about until next week. My blood sugar keeps dropping into the 60s it's even got to 40sb or 50s. Thing is I eat a lot. It's strange anyways the other concern I have is in pain medications. Im at this point where I keep telling myself to skip a dose save up a few pills Incase I have trouble refilling.. but like it messes with my head to not just take the medication like I am told to every 4 hours I get a Norco 4 a day. Why is it so hard to skip a dose. Is it addiction or is it a real pain that never will go away and it's normal to be scared to not take medication. I guess I feel like I'm about to change from taking pain medication all time to only when I need it. I want to do this I think it's safer to have a few pills saved up.

Any thoughts? Also my heart rate is 45-50 all time. Again my doctor's closed all week so I dunno Google can only help so much.

Why do by fingers and get get numb when my sugar drops. Just last week I thought I was all better but the more I test my blood the more I notice it's to low by Google rules once it's below 70 I should raise it myself. Sounds right?

@xxsicknessxx i get that we have health in our title, but that doesn't mean we can give medical advice, and i have said this before so i don't know why i'm not getting through?

if you would like support on the emotional side, you need to be more specific, because we can offer support there.

i have merged this thread with your others so people have context and to avoid cluttering up the forum.

we particularly cannot give you advice on managing diabetes as if we get it wrong in either direction and you take that advice, you will die.

sorry to be so abrupt but you have a habit of opening threads on very similar lines (i.e. warranting a response to a previous thread you yourself started, rather than a new thread) and then never replying, so its clear you're not looking to open a discussion. so what is your intent?

i would like to reiterate, if you want to support for the emotional side and potential addiction, you are in the right place, but we can't do that if you never reply to us.

Now that I read op is on constant opiate therapy you should get your testosterone levels checked

There is nothing safe or healthy about men having insufficient androgen levels.

Even if your taking performance enhancing drugs heavy weights and low reps ad bulk the best. Can’t just take a substance, still need to work out.

I have been harping on this for years. Looks like I was spot on. If your taking continuous opiates, ESPECIALLY methadone or suboxone you need to get your testosterone levels checked!!!

Your going to feel worlds better and it’s much healthier for you long term.

Obviously

But the beauty of PEDs is that you can do higher reps while still getting stronger and more muscular

You can also look bigger and stronger even after losing 25lbs; impossible to pull off naturally

Use of PEDs comes with real risks so people need to be aware and make their choices.

Depends on your body mass.. I’m a beast and my body max is not that crushing right now.. so I could do that easy. We will see jumping back in the gym this week.. sitting at 226 lbs.. relatively weak. I’m just on TRT.. normal range.. see where I’m at in six months

I lift dumbbells I just do regular lifts with my arms. 3-6 sets of 10-20
Really I work until I can't work anymore. I do this religiously. Maybe ive taken two days off in the last two months. Okta work as a waiter so I use my arms all day I'm just concerned that over the last two years I've lost like ten pounds of skeletal muscle. I use a normally scale that shows my body weight and everything I'm worried because I'm not even back to normal yet. What do I need to do to see results all My body

I can't go to a gym this year. So that is it the question and I hate to walk. But maybe I could order a kettle bell or a yoga mat.
I dunno I thought I was doing better because I lost a few pounds and I've started lifting more weight. From tech pounds to fifteen
But I don't see the results on the graphs and over all I've lost a lot of muscles.
To add I spent 1 year in the hospital in the last five years and the nurse warned me this would happen but I just don't feel like I can even maintain normal.
Any general advise or good YouTube videos for just dumbbells. I have a you tuber I follow but it's been two months of my new weights and should I see normal results by now? I need to gain muscle what do I need?
Protein only? Plus general being healthy. Would defining protein after working out perhaps help or adding creatine?

sickness yet again your threads, none of which you have replied to, have been merged.

it is becoming increasingly clear that you are not looking for a discussion and i have requested your clarification regarding this in a previous one of the many related threads you started.

please respond to this otherwise further threads started by yourself will be deleted. if you do respond but start a new thread along the same subject lines, they will be merged. but i'd prefer not to have to do the work. so please, quit starting new threads about almost exactly the same topic as last time, especially if you have no intention of starting a discussion.

Specifically my liver, kidneys a tests called alt and AST went from good to high in the last four months and I've been working hard on my health so this really freaks me out. It's not the only sign that my livers bad I can't see my doctor until next month. I dunno what to do really because every doctor tells me to chill but she's a specialist in thyroid which is why Im seeing her. Regarding low blood sugar for no reason it drops. Even soon after eating, to soon.
But I can't see her until next month. I saw a blood doctor before but he also told me wait did months and if things get worse go see him again but it's only been four months, maybe I'll call him.. 😬🤷‍♂️ I'm also having memory problems and other maybe connected problems....
Lots my blood tests got better but like I'm saying done stuff got worse. Just I don't want to die from missing something but doctor's are so slow all require a couple months wait just for a phone call... Thanks

i was feeling charitable as its christmas so instead of deleting, i have merged, again.

future threads will be deleted unless you start to actively participate in the.

we are not your doctors. we cannot comment on blood tests.
