Agreed on both points... I don't want a guy with something so small I feel like I'm being poked with a pencil, but average is more than enough for me. My first partner was 6" and could for 40 minutes. Oww, oww, oww. Most of the time I was just trying to hold back tears and praying that he would come already.

In this case bad. I can kinda understand what you mean, but I can't give the cop out of being my first relationship or being young or anything like that. It wasn't always bad but I remember several times it hurt and I just grinned and beared it, a time that I cried and he didn't seem to phased and just pushed for more of the same, and times it was amazing, go figure.
 
I know some of my male friends can go for 40 minutes, but it's because they WANT to. They use the appropriate muscle or some other technique to withhold their orgasm to extend the session. But if they wanted to, or the girl wanted them to, they could come whenever they want really.

I think it's true that it has a lot to do with the girls depth too ... the girl I'm seein now said it's not that my dick is huge, but that it's a good size for her, that her last boyfriend was just too big. I believe her too, even though she is 28 and previously married I usually have to start off slow to acclimate my dick to her. 40 minutes it pretty much just always a bad thing, I think. I get sore from sex after an especially quick amount of time but even my girl friends who love sexual intercourse don't want the guy to go for 40 minutes... Yeah well I have had my large share of girl troubles but I will have to disagree with your little speculation. I have a pretty big dick, not one of those 10 inchers but big and fat enough to have most women go "wow thats big" and when it gets hard, it gets hard like a rock.

I will agree with some other posters that if you dont use it properly, it will end up hurting the girl and I have had times when i was too drunk and wreck less that she had to call it quits, which made me feel bad.
 
As long as you don't have a micro penis, like a cock that's 1-3 inches when fully hard, size doesn't matter.
