Coopers Pale Ale.
Not been drinking much beer lately, but this is going down a treat.
Not been drinking much beer lately, but this is going down a treat.
Bought a carton (case?) of Pale Ale this evening.
Why is it 10 dollars cheaper for stubbies than tallies?? It is the same quantity of beer.
Okay so...
-You can reuse the tallie bottles because they aren't twist tops, you can press a crown seal on them when you make home brew.
-You can pour a big glass of clear beer if they have been left to sit without wasting much beer because of the sediment.
-Drinking directly from a tallie may gross your wife out (lol, like my mum years ago)
These are the only advantages I have thought of so far. I don't mind a stubbie, but I do prefer to drink from a tallie, maybe I won't when summer comes around.
Ideas?
Which again, is nowhere near as good as the 27 liter barrel of the cab sauv we're getting for ~$240. Works out at $6.60 a bottle for wine that goes for about $20 a bottle in the shops. Plus, its fucking lovely.
I'm going for Heineken beer and cider with my BBQ tonight. I feel very alone back to back with my own post from a week ago!
