It's not recommended. Did your doctor prescribe it? Also for me it's like wasting tramadol since antidepressants block the enzyme responsible for metabolizing it. Although when I don't know much about tramadol I take sertraline and fluoxetine (not on the same day thank God).
That's the best thing about quitting tramadol, I can take other drugs without worrying about its interactions. Tramadol could hardly be mixed with anything.
