Nostalgia S&G Video Game Nostalgia Thread

This was a game from the first generation of 3D hardware era. It was the first 3D game I coded for.

The game was built on the Genesis3D engine and the (at that time) unreleased version of the first Voodoo 3D card by 3Dfx which predated both Nvidia and AMD.

Look at how small those cards were! It had a pass through cable because it didn't do non-3D graphics so your regular DOS graphics card handed that while not playing games. The onboard Graphics Memory was a whopping 32 MB!!! This was the non Windows gaming era.

The game was created by a team of four individuals (myself included) who meet on the Genesis 3D web site, and it was designed over the internet. In fact it was an internationally based team as our 3D modeller and animator was based in Germany. It was the same team who created Future vs Fantasy.

That game looks pretty cool it's like the "Halo strafe" bullet dodging on steroids. Very unique to shooters to my knowledge. Takes gunshot accuracy to the next level.
