Nostalgia S&G Video Game Nostalgia Thread

I originally had this on a demo disk which I played the shit out of but I never played the full game so I've downloaded it onto my VITA along with 1 and 3.

I fucking suck at it :laughing:

Never played that. But we did have this. Actually I think it might've been a rental we'd pick up sometimes. 🤔
It was awesome tho.

We had a local rental place though that I liked much better

They had a naughty section over in the corner.

Uncensored Jerry springer tapes and shit.
I never really looked.

I was usually looking at the wrestling PPVs or the horror movies.
 
I will be spending my afternoon slurping on pink monster and working through the Midgar section of this absolute masterpiece.


Boy this game looks like dogshite on a flat screen TV with no upscaling. Doesn't matter though ❤️

Oh but I really would find a way to play the original before the remake of you haven't before because it's sort of a sequel in disguise.

It's still an incredible action RPG either way but the story makes a lot more sense with the context.

Oh I played the original on my PlayStation back in the day.
I haven't played the remake yet though

Interesting about the release. I too had the inverse played FF(3)VI first on SNES and never had an OG PS1 so didn't play FFVII except for part way through at a Friend's house. I thought it was a step forward with the overall animation but there was something about the slightly more open-world quality of FF3/VI as well as my nostalgia to the story itself that pushes it over the top for me. Kefka...Locke and Celes - Oh My Hero!
