And i see so many people on this forum recommending 5-htp...i've gotta go the other way and recommend against it. There's some evidence it could be cardiotoxic. Instead of supplying your brain with serotonin, the 5-htp gets converted all throughout your blood stream by enzymes resulting in serotonin floating around where you really don't want it. I think <2% actually gets converted in the brain.
Look into tryptophan, or, even better, eat a healthy diet rich in lean protein.

Also i usually take 150 mg with a 50 mg booster after 1 - 1.5 hours. Never went over 250 mg for a night. The time i did i dont even think the 2nd booster did anything besides increase jawclenching.
Invest in piracetam it works. Havent tried aniracetam with it. But its prolly just as good
