Rolling Every 2 Weeks

I'm going to an event tomorrow and planning on taking 175-200mg of pure MDMA along with either 20mg of 2c-t-2, 30mg of 2cb or 25mg of 2c-i if I don't get access to the previous two by tomorrow.

The last time I rolled was Thursday the 6th, on 200mg of MDMA w/ MDA, and twice last month, around the 3rd and 16th of september on about the same amount on the same batch. The first time I rolled was the 3rd of last month, I definitely notice how depleted I am afterwards.

So, in your opinions/experiences, would this be a risky thing to continue? I want to make sure I don't "lose the magic". Some people have told me they think I'm overdoing it.
 
You're going to do it, so you might as well just reduce the amount of harm you're causing as much as possible.

- Drink a fuckton of water....much neurotoxicity comes from high temperatues in your body/brain. Imagine your brain sizzling in a skillet. Water helps this a lot, oil is to a car as water is to you.
- Don't redose, and if you do make it half what your initial dose was. This also helps smooth out the comedown.
- If at all possible, order some piracetam (I recommend aniracetam, the former is just much more popular) this is the single most amazing supplement out there to prevent MDMA hangovers.


So yeah, it's a risky thing to continue, but not that risky, if you're smart about it. We've all been through the honeymoon phase so who's to judge..
 
I've heard advice to take 5-HTP and magnesium before and after, I plan on doing that.

Yeah, I can feel the heat. Especially at the peak...I'll be outside on a freezing windy below 60 night and feel like a furnace, but water has never been a problem for me, because then all I want to do is chug water and smoke joints. There were a couple venues that didn't sell closed water bottles, and that turned into an annoying situation for sure though.
I've brought an extra dose every time after my first time, but I haven't felt like I really needed it. I'll look into the piracetam/aniracetam, thanks.

It definitely is that honeymoon phase.. completely novel drug to me, very unlike anything else I've tried and the only stimulant I've really enjoyed. The risk I'm mainly worried of running as I am safe is that the effects could diminish or stop, and if that's happened to people who do roll every couple of weeks, but I have a feeling I'll stop rolling every two weeks before it becomes an issue.
 
5-HTP is for afterwards- beforehand, it actually can play a roll in diminishing the fun effects of MDMA.

You can find lots of information on spacing in the directory (in my signature). The bare minimum wait time is suggested at 30 days for recovery, but 30-90 days seems to be optimal for most users and Alex Shulgin (who knows more about MDMA than anyone, naturally) stated he thinks 90 days is truly optimal. Obviously, people violate these rules every now and then and get away with it- but making a routine out of rolling at every exciting social event is a habit to break before you find out that ugly side of MDMA. I'd really suggest taking an extended break after this if your concern is harm reduction, it's best not to play it out until it gets bad.

well its a good idea if you like being serotonin depleted and depressed.

MDMA releases serotonin, the chemical in your brain thats responsible for regulating your emotions, and overall making you happy. If you keep releasing it all without letting it have time to build back up, you have none left. Thats a place you REALLY dont want to be

Just wait the extra week or two, it really will make a difference. Your supposed to wait 3 months though
 
I read that every 2 weeks was fine at first too.

But its not, trust me, However i do think that some individuals depending on:
- Diet
- Amount of Exposure to sunlight

Can get away with once a month.

i did state once a month but what you are saying is the Op may think if they use my diet they will be okay, which is wrong as the neuroreceptors have to finish rewiring too.

Its not just all about topping up serotonin levels, i forget sometimes people dont listen to advice such as once a month
 
If your diet and sleep schedule is ace and you regularly work out (every day) I'm sure you can roll every 3 weeks one dose without a problem. Just dont do back-to-back days, those really tear you apart.

That's a decent diagram, although I already have a pretty good understanding of the way these chemicals work. And no, I definitely wouldn't take someone's guide for how to prevent an MDMA hangover as a sign I should do more, haha :P.

It's only something I'll do at a big event, those aren't usually that affordable. Usually not twice a month affordable, and so I doubt I'll even be in situations where I wanted to roll more than once a month in the future.

I'm aware taking it every 2 weeks is very hard on my body, I just wanted a clearer picture of how hard it actually would be and what damage it would do, if others had tried the same thing. I'm definitely not going to continue this rolling schedule. Plenty of other psychedelics to keep me entertained in its place, anyways.

Exactly, time it the only thing that will heal MDMA abuse


its just like 5-HTP and piracetam and the other supplements, it may help a little but MDMA just was not designed to be used often, it uses it all in one go

No worries there, I'll just put down the molly for a bit and pick up a needlefull of k! I think I have a ways to go of overdoing it if I truly am. I'm definitely not doing two days of rolling in a row.

MDMA does not use all your brains serotonin at once...
 
i think thats when Mdma becomes lethal, when you go past a stupid amount like 500mg in one go
that does use it all then you die
 
The LD50 for MDMA is 5.5g, but this is affected by your weight, and other factors. You would probably vomit and induce incredible stomach cramping before you get near that sort of amount, though.


And ^, 500mg of MDMA is not going to kill you, at all...
