Ridiculous Fads

Cheese is also another fad. Sure its been around for a while but it has just about run its course. Damn I wish I had a thread to discuss cheese and cheese related issues in. If only someone could create one.

I have a pink penguin shirt. its all faded and fucked up yet very cool. I'm sure I look very pretty when I'm working as a labourer through uni holidays in it. Concretors wear pink right?

I knew it. Damn Bluelight, you should all be ashammed of yourself. Cheese is a beautiful thing that needs to be discussed in detail. Sorry to hijack your thread diego but i think it needed to be said. And hell no Chrissy is as crooked as they come. She would probably cut a deal with Bluelight and sue me for cheese appreciation.

Your friends name isn't Beech is it? I'm very damn macho in my pink shirt while hauling cement. I wouldn't wear the good pink Polo to work, it'd come home all dirty and then I'd have nothing to wear to my cheese tasting.

When I was a kid the fads were..........

Hoola hoops.

Knuckles...........I could have been world champion at this....I was unbeatable.

are you talking about bloody knuckles, where you slam a quarter into the other persons knuckles and the first person to walk awat loses?

we used to play blood knuckles, pencil break, and a game where when someone says a word starting with a certain letter...they get the shit knocked out of them (the group would pick the letter)

we were violent :)
 
Fads that I didn't get into or have:
1.Tamagochi
2. Hypercolour clothing
3.'pog'
4. Dr Pepper

However in 92-93-94 I was a basketball card fiend and would do anything to get them.:\

Also those Girlfriend hats that had a brim that turned up at the front and was pinned with a flower.....

LOL, no I was actually referring to a game.......also known as fives from memory....... where u toss actual knuckles in the air and have to land them on ur hand in different spots...........lol.

However.........YES, I did play all of those sorts of games ur talkin about although I wouldnt have considered them a fad...........more of a game for serious hard cunts.........like I wasnt when i was at scchool........lol.

Strange cos I was actually good at those games, I had great reflexes and could take way more pain than any of my mates.

That knuckles game you play where you bash each others with a fist.......My hand would dead set end up with blood pouring out..........I would take on 4-5 people in a row.............No way would i quit.

It was one of my few successes at school.

If I ran the school you would have got a grade for it...........lol.
 
I own 3 pink shirts. And I fucking love it. Each to their own.

I owned a tamagotchi, and now my brother who is 9 years my difference owns one aswell.

Another fad would have to be ugh boots. And yeah I own those too.

Trucker hats... No one in my town owned one till I got one [even if I was ripping off Hollywood] I had one custom made, then every cunt ended up owning one.
