Regional Heroin Discussion v14: What's the point?

My condolences to Kat, her family and loved ones. A dreadful situation; perhaps we should set up a support thread.

The doctor is getting his car NCT'd, and then he'll deliver. Me and my friend now owe 150euros in medical bills between us; the bulk of which - 85e, soon to be 105e, is owed by me. Such is the problem with deals on wheels - 95% of the time I have my meds in my hand within 5mins of making the order. Its difficult to resist, but not impossible as the past has recently proven.

News on the scene? All I can say at the moment isn't too far flung apart from what I said in my previous post. I can score product of consistent quality (95% of the time) from one head with *cash only* (perhaps the occasional 1 day credit ie Sunday to Monday) and then my old reliable; the one who gives me as much as I want layed on for one weeks advance; the one who I owe all the money to now, who's quality isnt at all the best for smoking but for shooting it does the job - at least on the rare occasions I do shoot (which as my bill dictates, hasn't been at all rare over the last 6 days).

Old reliable also gives me the odd tester from time to time - he's a nice pleasent bloke and we get on well and theres no nonsense out of him. There arent many people who will front you a 150+ bill for a week these days in Dublin - none that I've met, apart from old reliable. I tested this batch for him the day he was deciding if he should take it or not, and I can tell from the change in the product from then to now that he's mixing coke or (more likely) mephedrone into the mix; an effort to give a kick to the recent sub-standard product (and if the extra cut is mephadrone, then probably to add a little bulk. I've meen meaning to mention this to him - not only do I think its highly dangerous, but I would have thought the majority of heroin users just want heroin in their shot - not a fucking speedball.

I really fucking hope this chap shows up soon - I fear he'll grab dinner before he delivers so this could very well spell a further 1:30mins wait...in addition to the 2:30mins I've already been impatiently tapping my toes to.

@ endless - i dont trust myself to get trusts - ive had a habit for 8 years and never once got heroin on credit, very occasionally ill get a trust on weed if im stuck but i always sort my monies upfront with hard drugs they can be difficult enough to manage without worrying myself sick about debt as well

Jesus Endless, that is something that you swore not so long ago that you'd never do! You don't wanna go messing around with needles. Especially now when the gear is so bad! I know your saying that you think some of the gear over here is good, but i reckon that you've just gotten used to it as have a lot of people. The gear we're getting is a lower price then it was before the drought, that shows that its bad. Every single poster on here from the UK who are getting good gear are paying double, so until our prices go up we're getting pure crap.

So god only knows what you are shooting-up? Especially if your shooting up gear that you know is no good for smoking! Its not something to mess around with. Think back to how adamant you were about never having a turn on! Be-careful & look after yourself!

It's just that I'm so shite when it comes to letters and sending them. I struggle dropping off my repeat script, nevermind whatever one needs to do to be able to send a "legal" letter to someone in Kat's position

I can't understand it, what difference would it make to them if they let Kat have a 2 minute call or a 20 minute call? They are heartless bastards!!! Her Mum hasn't had any news since that 2 minute phone call, the poor woman must be going out of her mind! They are treating Kat as if she is a terrorist!

On topic: I scored to-day & yesterday, same gear as always! There is still talks of another drought in Dublin. I think its so funny when someone says that over here! There is still a drought over here, it never went away! What they mean is is there is gonna be a shortage of Bash! So why don't they just say that? You wanna hear the crap the dealers are coming out with over here! They must think we are all gullible! Just coz they say their gear is good doesn't make it good! Do they not know that we go home & use it, so we know its not good! You wanna hear the crap some of the dealers are coming out with, if you didn't laugh you'd cry! Like I said, I'd be terrible at getting in touch with her via letter (I'm useless in general), so if anyone sends her a letter, please - If you remember to (and I don't expect my voice to be anything special or necessary at all) send her my love and to send her the love of everyone here on EADD.

Some may not think we care, but that's fine - They can think that. All that matters is what we feel.

Honestly ructions man, you've done so much for Kat. She's extremely lucky to have you "in her corner", so to speak.

They only let you have a 2 min call to inform your family/loveones where you are. Because she won't have any money for her own phone cards yet. If anyone seend kat there phone number make sure it's your landline. A phone card lasts about 2 mins talking to a mobile.

It's good to see so many sick,low life , scumbag , junkycunt ,wrong'uns (JOKES) come together at a time like this , it's a funny old world.

A lot of prisons let you send emails to prisoners just thought i would say as more chance of people emailing than sendin snail mail. my girlfriend is in court soon for servign up b+w so I am expecting her to do a stint.... selling gear is serious shit nowadays. just checked and you can send emails to peterborough nick if that is where she is.

For the 1st time as of the drought one link in Bath has proper stuff and is doing weights at P.D prices. Light tan powder with small rocks -beetle cooks up proper dark and smoking 0.2 gives you that whole body high I have forgotten what was like. Collects well on the tube and even after holding a frazzle in for ages you blow out a thick cloud of smoke. It must be getting back to normal as he is getting it for the same price he always does.

Emails to prisoners cost 25p a pop, though, and you have to 'sign up' with all that entails.

If Sid Vicious made it as a guitarist, monsta, you can write a letter just like Shakespeare. Would be nice if the remarkable support shown for Kat on here continued into that most prized commodity for prisoners, regular communication from the world. But nothing's compulsory and we do as we like. Unfortunately, a part of what we like can land us where Kat now lives. We're all officially criminals and 'society' needs to be protected from our activities.

Ah prison Poor Kat.

I don't mind sending her little notes or cards, I'm writing to a friend who's inside at the moment, I actually enjoy sending letters and little cards etc. So , it'll give me something to do too and it'll feel good knowing that I might make someone smile, just a tiny bit during a difficult time.

I've got two friends in prison at the moment, not for nasty crimes, one one is drug possession related. Most of my friends are ending up in prison one after the other due to their habits, If I don't calm myself down, i'm looking at probation, a tag or prison myself. Someone said to me prison might actually do me good as it'd get me clean, but I've got an assessment for rehab tomorrow, and I think i'm going to agree to it if my mate can stay in my flat and look after my cats.

Gears not so bad in Bristol, I've almost forgotten to go chemist to take my meth on TWO occasions this week as just one bag of gear has been strong enough to hold me even until the next day.

The worst thing she can have when she's just inside is a lot of money!! I hate to admit it, but bullying DOES go on, especially if the girls in there get wind that she's never been inside before, and that she has gone in with cash. Maybe keep the money donations to a little bit at a time until she gets on her feet. This is advice given to me from a friend who's done quite a bit of time.

And what with grams being made into 25-30, £10 joeys.I shouldn't think she'll be buying to many.

We spoke at length about bullying, and first time sentences. Shell be fine ! and as a very , very last result can get on the numbers.

Prison can't do anymore for you getting clean , than you can do in the comfort of your own home , it's all down to the person not the place.
Prison's only any good for kiddie fiddlers , sex cases and out and out wrong'uns.

Disgusted at Kats sentence. Cant believe she got time let alone 2 and a half fuckin years. To think of all the people who do seriously nasty shit but get off with much lighter sentences, and then theres Kat who wouldnt hurt a fly I dont reckon, no past convictions and she gets this. And the countrys in recession supposedly saving every penny yet they put someone innocent in jail at a cost of a grand a week.

Just wondering for anyone who knows will she be able to appeal and maybe get her sentence reduced? I'm sure Kat will be ok, she's bound to have a really shitty couple of weeks but she'll soon settle down in a routine, make friends and hopefully get a job. Reckon shes smart enough to make it work and strong enough to survive.

I'm unfamiliar with the ways of the British legal system - as I am with the Irish one, but in Ireland you likely wouldn't do the full term of two and one-half years; two at least, perhaps - depending on behavior, appeals etc. A friend just told me its generally more strict in the UK in comparison to Eire, thats as far as I can say on that matter. I made arrangements with Kat on Facebook before the worst occurred, and seeing as it has I'll be beginning my effort at a letter to her tomorrow evening.

Scored in Dublin City this evening from the present main - did the job - slight disappointment as it wasn't his best (and usual) batch unfortunately but thats mainly because his other stuff really is that much better. I've mentioned it to him a moment ago and a tone of appreciation he assures me his next pick up will be from his regular, main supplier. Still, he remains the man to go to when you want to score. His next batch should be arriving within the next 2/3 days so after I test from that I'll report back - but since its going to be his usual stuff then I already know

No more needles for me now - if I cant get product that wont satisfy me with smoking then I wont be using heroin and thats final. I've held heoin in the high regard I always have because if I smoke it theres no risk of death, the withdrawals aren't potentially fatal and it causes no long term damage to neither the body nor brain - most of which cant be said for shooting. Although to the date I've only shot up five times (all of which - save once - were done within the passed 6 days), already in a recent dream I caught a glimpse of what a death from an overdose could do to my family and (lets face it) my only real friend and it scared me dreadfully.

I recall much of the initial buzz was actually on account of having shot up and survived - the odds of which I thought were a frighteningly probable 60/40 for me. The stuff was of such poor quality to smoke that had I not had access to works, I would have likely thrown it away.

I'm being introduced to a new source Wednesday due - an Italian - who deals strictly in weight and who's product I'm confidently informed is sold in the state it arrives (before these fucking jokers around here dance upon it further) with the intention of introducing him to my semi-regular supplier (the one who fronts me 120-150 for a week) in a bid to convince him to purchase his bulk there instead, as it means I'll be able to get top (as top as it'll get for a while) quality fronted to me for 7 days should the urge arise - as it always does and likely almost always will. I find it rather suspicious that he wont give testers on anything under a 1/4oz though...I'll have to be the one test the product too, as mine is the only opinion my semi-main ('old-reliable' - who's moniker is sadly and surely slipping away from him) will trust - and I dont want to turn my reliable (or anyone) on to muck as he's always very good to me and I cant in good conscience turn him on to product I wouldnt pay cash for myself. I don't want people to think I'm just looking for a free tester/score in spite of the damage it would do to my rep for vouching for product also, as my 'radar' for product has of late been alleged to be bang on accurate and even the worst of the testers I've been getting over the last two months have scarcely been lesser than 'holding gear' for smoking which always comes in handy.

We'll come to some arrangement I'm sure.

I don't know the details of Kat's case but very much doubt there's anything wrong in law with her sentence. In every other way, of course, it's as wrong as wrong can be.

And, absurdly, there are tens of thousands in a similar position. Time after time, defendants blame 'the drugs'. Or rather their lawyers do. Solicitors and barristers recommend they do not annoy the judge by saying otherwise and down the stairs they go to keep the contract prisons in business. It's a rotten racket. I don't know what others have experienced but the people I've known who've got off relatively lightly have refused, politely, to bow their heads in pathetic shame and go along with the charade. If, perish the thought, you're ever in the dock and 'bang to rights', acknowledge the law but not the morality than punishes what, in Kat's and the overwhelming majority of user-dealer cases, is no more than self-medication. Judges are generally intelligent men and can only go on the information in front of them; telling it like it is sometimes works.

If you're in London or other big cities, go 'not guilty' wherever possible. Cosmopolitan juries are famously reluctant to convict sympathetic drug defendants. Although we know little of it, disquiet about the Drug Laws extends to all levels of the legal profession. Sending some poor drug user to prison is not the law at its majestic finest. Trouble is, you're usually too isolated and intimidated to exploit such unease and let some uninterested, court-appointed legal aid second rater tell how you're desperate to get off this evil stuff. You wind up effectively complicit in your own incarceration. God help all innocents caught up in the madness and may it all be over soon.

Here is a link on how to e-mail a prisoner. As far as i know once you send Kat an e-mail she will be handed it more or less straight away, the only problem is that she is not allowed to e-mail anyone back. & she will need stamps (SAE) to be able to reply to people. But e-mail is a good way to get a message through to her straight away, her family have already e-mailed her over the weekend.

Did people tell Kat their real name before she went away? Or are yous gonna use your Bluelight name? It probably best not to mention Bluelight in letters or e-mails, Kat said to just say 'on-line' rather then 'Bluelight.' But the name thing might be tricky, for example Strungout does Kat know your real name? Coz i can just imagine the prisoner officers faces when they read "from Strungout" Hehehehehe!!! I'd love to see their reaction to that!!! But i would be worried that they could trace our letters back to Bluelight, & then if one of us posted that we had just scored then the prison officers would have our real names & addresses, or am i just been WAY too paranoid? I think there is a shortage of gear in Dublin at the moment. I have been scoring on the South side for the last 3 months. Mr. Ructions & I had searched high & low looking for decent gear! We scored in Dublin City Center, North Dublin, South Dublin, County Dublin, County Kildare, County Meath & even as far as County Louth!!! But everywhere we went we got the very same gear! 8( But we found that one guy in South Dublin's gear was slightly better, so we stuck with him while often going back to test else where.

But this weekend the guy in South Dublin was spouting some rubbish about another drought coming, i just laughed at him & said "do you mean a Bash shortage?" Anyway it turned out the gear he had this weekend was weaker. I guess he cut his gear coz he is running low. Its hard to believe that anyone would cut gear that was already so weak! FFS!!!

So to-night i scored in North Dublin, i hadn't scored off this bloke before but my mates score off him & they said that his stuff was the best that around. But when we got home my mates said that his gear had got weaker then what he had earlier in the week. When i tested it i realized that it was the very same as the gear as i got yesterday in South Dublin. So i reckon they are all cutting their gear coz of a shortage! Its crazy, no matter were you go you end up with the very same gear! Although the guy i normally go to in South Dublin & this new guy in North Dublin have slightly better gear.

So it looks like there is a shortage coming, Endless you should try & get your self some Methadone just in-case. Coz once a shortage happens you won't be able to get Methadone for love nor money! & you don't want to end up sick, oh no no no no! Ugh!!! Its hard to believe that things are still so bad over here! There has been no improvement at all!!!

The good thing about this guy in North Dublin is the size of his deals, they are nice & big!!! He is selling the very same gear as the guy in South Dublin, but his deals are bigger & he lives much nearer to my house, so that is a bonus! Although i really wish that i could cop myself on & stop buying sud standard gear, i can't believe how stupid i'm being!!! I know that i KEEP repeating my self, but i'm still so amazed by how totally Perfect the gear looks! The stuff looks 100000% like the real deal, but there is no taste off it & no stone off it, although it does hold me without Methadone for a few hours, strange stuff!

As i said these two guys in North & South Dublin have the best gear thats around, (although the North Side guys deals are bigger!!! )but its still a far cry from what was around 2 years ago! I'd love to know what % it is? I'd guess around 5%, who-ever is making it must be making a fortune from it! This drought has made someone into a millionaire!!! Greedy Bastards!!!

Its so sad to read over Kat's posts, she wrote this the night before her court case. It shows how much she would like us all to write to her! For us a letter will be such a simple thing to write, to Kat it will mean the world..........
