It was by Lednicer's colleague Lester Mitscher but he is dead now also.

This reminded me of 5,6-Dibromotryptamine, which you have probably seen already.

Dibromo is stronger than for dichloro in the IC50 value which was 4nM for DA, 3.1nM for NE & 120nM for 5HT.
